Please show your proof that he's African born.
I don't see the doctor's signature or any of the proof the birthers require. Why is the registrar of war torn Kenya's signature any more important than the statement of the registrar for Hawaii?
Mandingo could clear the entire matter up by releasing the vault copy of his birth certificate, yet he refuses to do it, and in fact is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid doing it.
He can't release any copy as he doesn't own it or have control over it. Dipshit. Anyway it's up to you to prove your assertions in the good ole U S of A.
He most certainly can authorize Hawaii to release it.

Oh baloney. For $12 he could obtain a copy and post it anywhere he wants, just as I could do with my own certificate.
Every state is different, but I bet you would either get the equivalent of the green affidavit copy or a copy of the original with certain names blacked out.
