I did an interview with our local (former) DA a few years ago for an artical I wrote for our newspaper after sitting in on trials for a few weeks, I asked him why some of the attorneys, himself, and the judges wern't using COMMON SENSE, he told me flat out, "there is no room for common sense in the justice system"...he is now a lowly attorney who's building here in my county...burned down! I wondered who might have wanted to do something like that, then I remembered it wasn't arson, but I also remembered a firefighter that punched him in the face...maybe they just didn't get to the fire in time to save the building, after all, it was a whole two blocks away....
