And with the exception of the wars (911 changed the focus on such matters), Bush was exactly what he campaigned to be. Congress DECLARING war. That's the way it's supposed to work. As to the others, the Dept. of Education needs to be abolished, not added to. Medicare is going broke so hey - let's ADD to it. I would never campaign for anyone who didn't promise to restore the Constitution. Needless to say, my campaign shoes are not being worn very much.
