The House Rules are not a suicide pact. OR Faced with the crisis, the Republicans will pick a new speaker and we will move ahead. Democrats and the bulk of Republicans will line up behind tying aid to Ukraine to aid to Israel, and the minority who opposes these things will be shoved aside.
