A sobbing teen busted for the unprovoked fatal stabbing of budding public policy advocate Ryan Carson said nothing Thursday as he was led from a Brooklyn NYPD stationhouse in shackles and handcuffs. Investigators apprehended Brian Dowling, 18, at his home just down the block from the scene of the Monday attack in which Carson was brutally slain for no apparent reason by the total stranger as he walked down a Brooklyn street with his girlfriend on their way home from a wedding.
