MUCH anticipated debate/discussion with Presidential candidate Mike ter Maat who is running as a Libertarian. We talked about Mike's personal philosophy and why he is running as a Libertarian. Seth and Jesse discuss banking, education, and powerful corporations in a contentious but constructive debate. We go over ideas like the 2008 financial crash, predatory banking, and different ideas for creating a better educational system. Seth asks Mike about campaign finance and they discuss private authoritarianism and power that large corporations hold over our lives in our private personal lives. It was a good back and forth between different market perspectives that found much disagreement but plenty of shared goals and values that we could find solidarity in.
