ELCA policy states that LGBTQ+ individuals are welcome and encouraged to become members and to participate in the life of the congregation. The ELCA is a social club for atheists and agnostics who still like stained glass windows and pipe organ music, a jobs program for unemployable Theatre and Music majors.
