Jethro who has an account here wont post here. I asked him if he was afraid of you folks. He said you are a bunch of opilies. Or something like that. He thinks you are a bunch of Obama supporters. Or Israeli firsters as he words it. He said that it wouldn't be a pleasant posting experience for you folks if he came here and posted. I think he thinks he can open a can of whoop ass on you.

Actually here is what he said exactly.

Stone, not for nothing, but your forum is crawling with Obama voters and all of the above. Why lecture us?

and this

I wouldn't call the exchanges you mentioned as "debate." And besides, I never exchanged posts with any of them to my knowledge, well maybe Murron years ago on FU. Never a cross word to my knowledge, we're simply on different political roads. Folks gather where they're comfortable and it seems your flock are all politically correct, Israel Firsters, or overt Obamaphiles. So thanks for the opportunity, but it isn't something I'd, or they, would enjoy.

Now, about my challenge to you. Lets see you express your strong opinions on Flame. I think you'd be shocked by the number of folks who feel opposite you. I'd guess most, if not all do. That said, how does picking up the tab for pro choice, pro gay people square with your religious beliefs?

So any comments about Jethro Tull and why you think he is afraid to come share some of his thoughts and opinions would be welcomed.

Poster Comment:

I think Jethro is afraid that if he came here he would piss off some 4umers.

When posting to Abraxas you made accusations that were totally wrong and not supported by that poster's history. You need to apologize.

abraxass supports abortion. I was right on that one. abraxass supports euthenasia. I was right on that one. abraxass supports fag marriage. So I was right on that one. I said she would crucify christ. That is questionable. I said something about her and jews. That one is questionable. Did I miss something else I said?

Someday you will find out there is a big difference between the words: "supports and "tolerates". And I'm not so sure that poster even tolerates euthanasia. And crucify Christ??? That was done by the intolerant.

hey were the leftwingnuts of their day.

They were enforcing the political and religious status quo with military might. Sounds extreme hard right to me.

Typical Boofer mindless numbnutz statement.

The Zealots were the left wingnuts of the day...they were followers not detractors. Jesus, if you believe the fairy tale, was treated like Galileo was 1600 years later...

Hard to believe that the US was about to be peopled by Enligtened thinkers at the time Galileo was charged with religious heresy, eh?

Spinning..... the legacy of Nixon that keeps on giving. Did I ever mention that my gramps used to babysit him and even then he was a pompous little jerk? Wanting to be carried around on people's shoulders or he would have a tantrum.

Gramps chased the real estate market around California and never quite caught it or he left the proceeds in Reno and other early gambling towns. Which is the story that I believe is really the truth since he also bought and sold property in Hollywood when it was starting to boom.

They lived in Whittier right next to the Nixons for over a year 1914-15. He sold real estate working from the home and said that the Nixons often both worked (I think they ran a store) and he would have little Dicky over to play with my aunts of the same age.

Yep, I berated Gramps many times for not dumping little master Dicky right on his head when he had the chance.
