So, I see you busily working away posting articles here, and it makes me wonder.
Several people used to post on this site. To call them "right wing" would be an understatement. Now, it seems to be almost entirely you. You post, and post, and post, to no audience, day after day. What you post has an identifiable ideological cant to it, but the persistence of it is what is notable, and makes me wonder: are you a bot?
Probably you are, so the remainder of this post will be the rather humorous (and pathetic, if you think about it), effort of an aging flesh-and-blood man trying to talk to a bot. (Of course, since no one else is here, the barren and lonely fact of my effort is both even more pathetic, and even more ignored.)
If you are really a flesh and blood man, then you can respond to me.
I have an image of you. You're older, no longer needing to work. And you spend most of your time alone.
Most of what comes to you by way of the news annoys or angers you: the American world has veered off in an unrecognizable direction since your youth, and you don't like it one little bit.
You post here, article after article, out of frustration. And the fact that you post into an echo chamber mostly populated by yourself and Boris, who doesn't seem to be another bot (too many weird spellings for a machine to have generated it).
I don't have any desire to bait you or fight with you. I have my own very strong opinions, they are different from yours in several areas, and apparently the same in others.
This is mostly an acknowledgement, of your humanity, of the fact that you find these articles and post them, and mostly of the earnest hope you still have within you, among all the bitterness, the someone will look and see, and understand, and agree, and that many others will also, and join forces.
I'm not here to be the first acolyte in your army - many of the things you complain about by your postings see generally right to me. I'm just here to recognize you.
