If you want to avoid having cancer do the same thing but use less B-17. He thinks that ingesting an alkali will make one's blood alkaline? or is he talking about skin and mucus membranes? He must not have comprehended any of that acid/base balance stuff in Anatomy and Physiology. OTT most corporate farm grown veggies are now low in magnesium, so that won't hurt. More B vits never hurt, Heavenly Greens: probably an expensive way to get chlorophyll and related Vits. His site essentially calls all none Christ worshippers satanists.
