The self-proclaimed “sunniest city on Earth,” Yuma, Arizona, is reaching its breaking point due to the overwhelming number of illegal immigrants crossing the nearby border and overloading hospitals and food banks. The once-winter paradise is now nothing more than just another major “hotspot” point of entry for thousands of illegals coming into the United States. Medical facilities in the area are being pushed to the brink of collapse due to the increasing number of illegal immigrants, with residents reportedly unable to access the only hospital in the city. Yuma has a population of 100,000. The city sees thousands of illegal aliens crossing its border every week, including “gotaways.” It currently ranks third in illegal immigrant apprehensions behind El Paso and Del Rio, Texas. Yuma County’s Border Patrol reportedly has seen a 171-percent increase in migrant crossings between 2021 and 2022.
