Ford Motor Credit Job Cuts Coming Mauldin Center To Lose 100 Jobs
MAULDIN, S. C. -- The Ford Motor Credit Business Center in Mauldin will lose 100 jobs by the end of March.
The company made the announcement today.
Ford Motor Credit spokeswoman Margaret Mellott said the Mauldin facility has 425 employees now.
The Mauldin location serves as a call center for customers of Ford Motor Credit and also originates loans for Ford dealers.
Mellott said the company is getting rid of 1,000 positions across all of its U. S. operations to help meet current and future business conditions.
