Nye turned Bastardi's own data againmst him including the mistake belief that 1998 was the highb temperature mark...but it was not lost on me that Nye had to use hand held visual aids while Bastardi's were Faux News graphics....

He compares this to calculating Minneapolis' average temperature by checking thermometers in St. Louis and Kansas City.

"It comes as a surprise to me that people would try to use my statements to try to dispute the nature of global warming. I believe in manmade global warming.
