Winnie the Pooh: Honey Quest Objective: To collect as much honey as possible and bring it back to the honey pot in the shortest amount of time.
Setup:
The game board is a map of the Hundred Acre Wood, with various locations and paths marked. Each player has a game piece in the form of a Winnie the Pooh figure. The honey pot is placed in a designated location on the game board. A deck of cards is shuffled and placed face down next to the game board. Gameplay:
Players take turns rolling a die to determine the number of spaces they can move their game piece. When a player lands on a space with a honey pot icon, they draw a card from the deck. The card will tell them how much honey they can collect (e.g. 1 spoonful, 2 spoonfuls, etc.). The player adds the honey to their game piece. If a player lands on a space with a "Bump" icon, they must move their game piece back three spaces. If a player lands on a space with a "Slip" icon, they must move their game piece forward two spaces. Players can also encounter various characters from the Winnie the Pooh stories, such as Rabbit, Eeyore, and Tigger. These characters will give the player a special task or challenge, such as collecting a certain number of honey pots or answering a trivia question about the stories. The first player to reach the honey pot with at least one spoonful of honey wins the game. Variation:
The game can be played in teams, with each team working together to collect honey and reach the honey pot. The game can also be played in a "race" format, with players competing to see who can reach the honey pot in the shortest amount of time.
