The Democratic Party has a huge problem. For decades now, they have been hemorrhaging white rural and working class voters to the Republicans, a trend they have managed to offset with super majorities of voters of color. This was the basis of the "Emerging Majority" theory popular in Democratic circles just a few years ago, which posited that as America became less and less white, it would become more and more firmly attached to the Democratic Party.

The problem with this theory is that it relied the premise that minorities were going to remain solid Democrats. And that premise is turning out to be false. What we're seeing today is that working class Hispanic voters and conservative Black voters are a lot more like their white counterparts than anyone in the Democratic Party had bargained for. And that spells serious trouble for the Left...............

The Republican party now has a huge problem: women. With the leaked Alito memo overturning Roe v. Wade, you can watch the expected Republican victory in the Fall evaporate before your eyes. 62% of women (or more) solidly support abortion, and they will crawl on their lips through busted glass to vote, once the Supreme Court overturns Roe and returns the issue to the states.

Once the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida, Texas and Arizona have enshrined first trimester abortion into state law, replacing Roe, THEN Republicans may be able to win again...if there is anything left to win.

It'd be nice, but it's not going to happen. The Republican Supreme Court overturns Roe, making abortion THE political issue that will dominate the year, and that hands both houses of Congress and several state houses back to the Democrats. They were going to lose big. This is deus ex machina.

I think you are full of shit and kind of pro abortion. You're not a strong supporter in my view. But you really don't give a shit about it either way.

You live in an area of the country that is immoral. They rub off on you and you think the rest of the country thinks like Connecticut luke warm liberals. Even the Republicans in your state are pukes.

Well, on abortion you ultimately have one of three positions:

You're a murderer, supporting abortion.

You're a money-loving hypocrite: opposing abortion, and opposing the sort of massive expenditure required to support 1.5 million new babies added to the welfare rolls each year. Most Christians are here.

Or you're a socialist, willing to pay for the babies, and recgnizing that means empowering the government to strip a lot more money from people who don't want to pay it (Christian hypocrites).

My instincts are to be a socialist: abortion is murder, and we have to pay for the babies.

But there are not many socialists in America on this, so I recognize that America is mostly murderers - it's cheaper. Nothing I can do about it. So I shrug my shoulders and don't worry about it.

You are, of course, a Christian hypocrite. You can't get your way, of course, because all of those babies will go on welfare, and everybody knows that. So we end up with murder.

"They [RATZ] were going to lose big."

This SCOTUS decision will not change that one iota...it DOES, however, demonstrate to ALL the bloodthirsty LUST DemRATZ have for the thought of killing viable infants.

If THAT ain't EVIL, what is?! Who the F%$K wants to be on THAT side of the issue?!

Democrats are murderers.

Republicans: are you willing to triple the size of welfare to raise all these kids? Nope. Christian hypocrites.

Most Americans - 55% of men, and 63% of women, are murderers. Which means that this issue will drive the election, unfortunately.

My instincts are to be a socialist:

Of course you are a socialist/communist.

You think Christians are hypocrites if they don't think there should be a welfare state. Jesus said the fruits of your labor are yours.

For the record I would adopt one of those kids if it was easy to do/streamlined.

But calling people hypocrites if they don't have the commie mindset you have is UnAmerican and evil.

But you do worship a man afterall.

A K A Stone  posted on  2022-05-06   8:39:28 ET  Reply   Trace   Private Reply

#10. To: A K A Stone (#9) (Edited)

i Don't worship anything, certainly not man.

The problem is simple: 1.75 million new poor babies who have to eat three times a day, every day; and who need clothing and housing every single day, every day, for at least 18 years. They also need an education, or they will stay on the welfare rolls forever.

Republicans and Christians are hypocrites because they always do the crap you just did: attack the messenger. You are nothing to me - attack away. I don't fucking care.

I DO care that we will have 1.75 million NEW mouths to feed every year, year on year, and that we HAVE TO pay for it. We cannot shuck and jive and be idiots and "want to" do crap. We actually have to PAY FOR IT, starting immediately. Even if we don't WANT to.

Now, do I WANT to? No, not really. I think people OUGHT to be responsibe, yadda yadda. But, guess what? The world doesn't care what I think any more than it cares what you think.

What is GOING TO HAPPEN is that the welfare rolls are going to DOUBLE if you stop killing the unborn. And then we are GOING TO expand welfare, by double, to pay for it. That WILL CERTAINLY HAPPEN.

You being an asshole to me for being a realist doesn't prove anything but you're an asshole. Americans are NOT GOING TO let 1.75 million babies a year starve, and those babies will accumulate, year on year, and double the welfare rolls in about 7 years, and double them again in another 7. So, you're going to get taxed for THREE TIMES the welfare you are currently paying.

And you will go ballistic about that.

Now, the abortionists want to kill the babies and avoid that - and that's actually where the bulk of the American people are: they want abortion on demand.

Some love abortion. Others look at the situation and, as I have pointed out, note that abortion saves everybody a shit ton of money.

Now, you call me a communist. No. I'm a realist. I call the Christians hypocrites because you ARE hypocrites - or maybe just too stupid to see the INEVITABLE result of your policies: stop abortion, double the welfare rolls every seven years.

I have already given you my verdict. I want to stop killing kids. So THEREFORE I accept the heavy administrative state that has to inevitably follow from that. THat means higher taxes, etc. That's just reality. It's not a DESIRE to pay the taxes or have the socialist state, it's the inevitable reality of having 17.5 million new poor people every ten years, without getting rid of the old poor people. THAT is the state in Latin America, where abortion is illegal and much rarer: they have the babies, but they don't have the money. So they all fester in groaning poverty and unbelievable crime.

THAT is what would happen if the American Christians got there way. But you Christians are either hypocritical or stupid. It dawns on me that maybe you are just stupid. You don't think things through. America isn't going to let the babies starve. If Christians take the approach to let them starve - THAT is hypocritical. Not Christian. Instead, Christians just go unfocused and stupid and refuse to think it through, and refuse to acknowledge that the policy will create the massive amount of poverty. Because they don't want to pay for it.

We live in a democracy. We're going to pay for it You can be a hypocritical Christian and refuse to acknowledge that...and you won't end up paying for it, because the rest of society won't go with me, let the babies be born, and accept the cost.

Nope, they'll just keep on killing the babies. After a 50 year, struggle, Roe will be repealed, sending abortion back to the states, and the states will allow it. Right now, even the most restrictive states have laws that allow it for 10 weeks.

So, you Christians won't win anything. You'll have your symbolic victory, but the babies are still going to get killed.

You will either go along with that, or you will grouse about it but go along with it because you have no choice.

I don't have any choice either, but I'm will to STOP the killing of babies, but understand that, as night follows day, the PRICE of that in real terms is a hell of a lot more welfare than I or anybody else wants to pay.

It would be best not to be nasty to me. There is no reason for it. It is my experience on this board that everybody is a fucking cunt who talks shit to me. I hate it. I've just decided to give it right back, still hating it.

We SHOULD be able to rationally discuss this. But apparently we can't.

So they all fester in groaning poverty and unbelievable crime.

That's a good thing. Better than infanticide.

I"d rather let the babies starve, than just kill them out right. Then the parent(s), and the communities they live in, will learn a real lesson in being responsible adults. Let the babies stack up in the community like cordwood. Let the community take care of them. End government support of bad choices. Force people to be responsible.

kill the babies

I might be a hypocrite...but you are a foo kin murderer.

I take what Jesus said very seriously. If he is who he is touted to be, he has a lot of power. If he's not, he still seems to be mostly right, and a great deal wiser than most.

Gluttony wasn't something that he talked about. I don't worry about it. Why do you bring it up?

You're the hypocrites who won't accept the taxes necessary to pay for the poor - ignoring Jesus in the process.

For you have the poor with you always...

Taking care of the poor is the work of the Church.

I do not expect or want taxes taking care of the poor. The government can only dole out someone else's money, always with strings attached...think votes. Government welfare programs have created the monstrosity we have now.

It's all moot at this point...baby killing and child abuse have tipped the scales. God is judging the earth as we speak.

It is my considered opinion that we are witnessing the Seal Judgments unfolding. The Red Horse is currently "taking peace from the earth". The next phase of the Red Horse will be an increase in deadly violence "that they should kill one another".

Following that will be the Black Horse famine, the likes of which the world has never seen.

Are you spiritually ready for judgment? I don't think you are. How about your precious child? Is she ready for what is to befall her?

Correction. God commands us to take care of all of the poor, and Jesus commands that ALL of the excess of ALL of the rich be spend to do it, not some, ALL.

Now, I don't want to pay 65% taxes. Who does?

The problem is that there are 2 million babies a year aborted - which is to say, murdered. 1.75 million of them are poor. If they're not murdered, they're going on the welfare rolls, and the welfare roles will explode. And keep growing rapidly by nearly 2 million a year. This is INEVITABLE. It is unrealistic to say otherwise.

And THAT means huge expenses on welfare. What are we going to do, let people starve? YOU might. Good Christians like you are happy to let poor people starve, if need be, to get your point across. The general population is not. You will absolutely have the poverty rolls explode, and you'll absolutely pay for it.

Or, realistically, you won't. Abortion isn't going to be banned. Too many people want it. Abortion will no longer be a federal right, it will be a state right. We will never have the 65% taxes, because we're still going to have abortion, so the 1.75 million babies won't be born.

Christians will never be forced to pay, because there aren't enough of them to stop the abortions in the first place.

Those who are getting abortions are not poor...they are immoral.

Jesus said have NOTHING to do with sexual immorality. That would include abortion as a result of sexual immorality.

You want my taxes to pay for immorality. What will you champion next? Transgender surgery for your Lbgtq friends.

Jesus also said those who refuse to work will not get to eat.

The Chruch is to minister to truly poor people...not the welfare queens you liberals have created.

And another thing...the more you raise my taxes to give to those who will not work, the less money I have to take care of truly poor people.

Buy the truth, Vic, and sell it not...get yourself some wisdom and understanding. In this matter of wisdom you are truly poor.

Nope. Jesus Christ said "Sell what you have and give it all to the poor." Not 10%.

You would like to limit it all to the old testament. But if you're a Christian, you have Jesus demanding a total commitment.

And if you're a Jew, you know that 10% was just the tithe, there was also the first fruits and the other taxes, which add up to about 27%.

So, God said 27% in the old testament, and Jesus said ALL.

You don't like God very much. Money is much more important to you, isn't it?
