In a stark display of the party’s lack of confidence in its prospects in November’s midterms, 29 House Democrats have announced that they won’t be running for reelection. To: tankumo (#0) The Democrat's failure is because they can't even cooperate with reasonable Democrats, like Manchin or Sinema. Those two are presented as the "only holdouts", but that's not true. There are another 10 Democrats who would HAVE TO stand up, if Manchin weren't doing it so effectively. The far Left has grabbed the reins of power in the Democrat party, but even the Democrats are not going to actually DO what they want. They don't have the majority of the Senate - as it stands, they are at 52-48, but they speak as though they do. Net result: they simply lose. Then they lose. And they lose again.
