The Biden administration is set to fund a crack pipe distribution scheme for drug addicts in the name of “racial equity.” The Department of Health and Human Services’ $30 million “2022 Harm Reduction Program Grant” set to take effect in May will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to make it easier for drug addicts to use. Included in the grant are funds for “smoking kits/supplies,” which will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.” “HHS said the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection when smoking substances with glass pipes, which can lead to infections through cuts and sores,” The Washington Free Beacon reported Monday. “Applicants for the grants are prioritized if they treat a majority of ‘underserved communities,’ including African Americans and ‘LGBTQ+ persons,’ as established under President Joe Biden’s executive order on ‘advancing racial equity.'” Other “harm reduction” equipment qualified for funding includes syringes, vaccinations, disease screenings, condoms, and fentanyl strips. The program will last for 3 years and includes 25 available awards up to $400,000. Maybe Biden will tap his degenerate criminal crackhead son Hunter Biden to lead this important “health equity” initiative! LOL...from what I can tell, alleged "crack pipes" are indistinguishable from the glass pipes many folks, including yours truly, uses to smoke my herb....why call it a crack pipe? Fear..
