Hi guys, Sorry, but I've been on the road and am coming late to this worthy discussion, and I haven't yet written a commentary on Daniel (for lack of the time to do it justice). But as far as I know, Daniel's prophecies dovetail perfectly with the Revelation to John. In the REvelation, the ten horns signify the ten nations aligned with the anti-Christ, who is the third Reich of the sixth head of Satan to rule Jerusalem -- the sixth head being pagan Rome of course.
