African states are splintering. There are two factions; the ones accepting US/France colonization and those who declare their sovereignty. In the quest for Chips and Minerals, the US reliance on China is seen as purgatory. Having been culled from other nations, the US is now looking for Namibia to be their regime. Given both the President and Prime Minister are US trained groupies, Namibia’s government will likely give the US whatever it wants. With a GDP over $12 billion, Namibia has a poverty rate over 50%. But the US sees the country as a potential for colonizing their resources. In particular: diamonds, oil, copper, uranium, and rare earth metals necessary for building defense systems. Currently, Namibia’s export partners include; South Africa, China, Belgium, Botswana, and Germany. The US is about to levy a heavy hand. The countries with the greatest reserves in rare earth minerals are: China, Vietnam, Brazil and Russia. As the US Military transfers weapons to Taiwan, General Milley has warned the US State Department that creating WWIII in Taiwan will not end well. Why? Our stock of military weapons is on empty. Perhaps we should curtail arming other countries like Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Brunei, Barkino Faso, Bulgaria, Brazil and Barundi – and that’s just the A’s and B’s…. The US needs a friendly ally in Taiwan. They are the major supplier of chips to the US – and until that changes, the US will continue to court Taiwan. That shift is scheduled to occur in 2025 when the newly constructed largest in the world Intel chip plant in Ohio is operational. At that point the Taiwan courtship is over, and the need has been resolved. As is protocol, the US is likely to hand Taiwan to China and be done with it. Unfortunately, the Biden Administration has already made the declaration so there is no walking back the intent. China provided necessary components for the US Military Industrial Complex. China decoupling was a mistake. The US Cabalists fatal error was not having ‘alternatives’ in place before demonizing the bad boy China. Now the fence is wobbly and no one seems to communicate leaving grandiose holes in the US trade partnerships. Including those rare earth metals/minerals necessary to restock weapon inventories! Hence – rape the African nation Namibia is the alternative presented by Center For Strategic Studies. Recently Zelenskyy declared that he had personally seen the stocked US warehouses filled with weapons that should all be transferred to Ukraine for safe keeping. Not sure why our military thought it wise to show Zelenskyy the US stockpile – but then Zelenskyy has risen to heights of godly proportions in the bobble heads of the US Military and Congress. Soon the IRS will have more ammo than the US military! Between 2018 and 2022, before the war, 29 countries were arming Ukraine. The US, Poland, UK and Germany were the largest suppliers. This would give every indication that the war was being staged 4 years before it occurred. Zelenskyy made his debut into the world as a gay porn dancer and yet the liberals who adore him demand that the US President be of the moral and ethical values of a saint. An odd excursion into OZ. Today our esteemed military is asking for assistance from citizens who might have spotted an F-35 crash landing followed by its explosion into a fireball… which is somehow nontrackable by the entire Military. Because somehow, the esteemed agents of defense who can train Ukrainian pilots in the US can’t find an $80 million lost jet. The fact that Ukrainians were slated to begin training in the US as of September 15, alludes to the situation. The pilot ejected from an operational jet. The jet originated from the Marine Corp base in Beaufort S.C. which hosts one F-35 training squadron. The scuttle is that the jet lost its tracking capability ( the mishap). Tracking and surveillance equipment are powered by rare earth minerals. Did Lockheed skip corners? Lockheed Martin’s F-35 stealth fighter uses 920 pounds of rare earths per plane in its electronic warfare systems, targeting radars, and electric motors. Lockheed Martin makes the F- 35 Lightening II. Their quarterly financials for September thru December 2022 revealed: Net Income up 444%, EPS up 441%, Net Change in Cash up 1242%. In 2022, Lockheed won a $30 billion DoD contract for 398 F-35’s for the US Military, International Partners and Foreign Military sales. 268 of the 398 are presold to Switzerland, Czech Republic, Canada, Germany, Finland and Greece. The money for these international sales comes from – US Taxpayers giving Lockheed its profit. Technically, that should mean every US Taxpayer has a share value in Lockheed. March 2023, Lockheed sold its UK Seabed Resources company to Norway. UKSR holds two seabed exploration licenses in the Pacific Ocean’s Clarion-Clipperton Zone (CCZ), a 4.5 million square kilometre (1.7 million square mile) swathe of sea floor lined with potato-sized rocks rich in: coal, diamonds, uranium, zinc, platinum, palladium, cobalt, copper, nickel, and manganese. Rare earth minerals. Apparently ruining our oceans is far more valuable than preserving relations with countries that have the minerals. The authority to destroy our oceans comes from the UN initiative, International Seabed Authority based in Jamaica. The logic: 1. Decouple from the only source of rare minerals – China. 2. Have no alternative in place. 3. Consider the US colony Namibia as a potential source for lost rare earth minerals forcing current trade partners out of business. 4. Tax US Taxpayers to give their money to Lockheed to build 268 F-35’s for sale to other countries. 5. Tell Lockheed to sell their seabed exploration licensed company to Norway for an undisclosed amount initially financed by US Taxpayers who do not get reimbursed for its sale. 6. Train Ukrainian pilots who don’t speak English on $80 million F-35’s. VOILA! Now If We Could Just Find Alice We Could Leave Her Wonderland… America--and the World--is in a very dangerous place as long as the thoroughly-corrupt DeeCeeSwamp is allowed to go on wasting American taxpayer's money, while depleting our ability to defend America against foreign attack...MUD

Powerful New Jersey Democratic senator Bob Menendez was indicted Friday on eye-popping corruption charges. According to the Justice Department, Menendez, his wife, and three businessmen were involved in a crooked scheme in which the senator received hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes—including gold bars—in exchange for benefiting his associates and the Egyptian government. Menendez's wife, Nadine Menendez, and her friend Wael Hana, an Egyptian- American businessman with "close connections" to Egyptian officials, cooked up the "corrupt agreement," according to the federal indictment. Hana had the help of New Jersey businessmen Fred Daibes and Jose Uribe, who also received kickbacks from the deal, the indictment alleges. It's the second time in 10 years that Bob Menendez has faced federal prosecution. A jury deadlocked in 2015 over different corruption charges against the senator. This time, however, the charges are even more shocking—and the potential penalties even more severe. What Menendez Allegedly Took Cash money: As part of the scheme, Bob and Nadine Menendez received over $480,000 in cash—"much of it stuffed into envelopes and hidden in clothing, closets, and a safe"—along with "over $70,000 in Nadine Menendez's safe deposit box," according to prosecutors. Some of the envelopes contained the fingerprints and DNA of Daibes or his driver. A Mercedes and home swag: Federal agents in June 2022 found the cash while executing a search warrant on the Menendezes' home and safe deposit box. They also found "home furnishings" provided by Daibes or Uribe and a Mercedes-Benz C-300 paid for by Uribe, prosecutors say. Gold bullion: Federal agents discovered gold bars in the Menendez home worth more than $100,000, according to the indictment. The bars, which weigh one kilogram each and have the markings of the "Swiss Bank Corporation," were allegedly provided by either Hana or Daibes. What Menendez Allegedly Did Sold national secrets to Egypt: Menendez allegedly "provided sensitive U.S. government information and took other steps that secretly aided the government of Egypt," according to the indictment. Following a 2018 meeting with Hana, Menendez requested and received sensitive, non-public information from the State Department on "the number and nationality" of employees at the U.S. embassy in Egypt, according to the indictment. He allegedly texted that information to Nadine, then his girlfriend, who forwarded it to Hana, who in turn forwarded it to an Egyptian government official. Secretly lobbied the United States on behalf of Egypt: In May 2018, at the direction of an Egyptian official, Bob Menendez "secretly edited and ghost-wrote" a letter on behalf of Egypt meant to persuade other U.S. senators to release a hold on $300 million in aid to the country, prosecutors say. Following a meeting with an Egyptian intelligence official, the senator in spring 2019 demanded that an Agriculture Department official drop the department's objections to a "lucrative monopoly" on the certification of halal food, owned by Hana, according to the indictment. Prosecutors allege that after a March 2020 meeting with an Egyptian official about a disputed dam on the Nile River, Menendez sent letters to various U.S. agencies urging action. Meddled with the justice system: The senator on two separate occasions in 2019 attempted to strong-arm a prosecutor in the New Jersey Attorney General's Office into resolving cases in Uribe's favor, according to the indictment. In exchange for Menendez's interference in the first case, Uribe gave Nadine Menendez the Mercedes-Benz convertible, worth more than $60,000, prosecutors say. They add that while Bob Menendez was interfering in the second case, he and his wife had a celebratory dinner with Uribe and another associate. Supported nomination of U.S. attorney he thought would go easy on his friend: Menendez in 2021 recommended the nomination of Philip Sellinger as New Jersey's U.S. attorney based on an adviser's assurance that Sellinger would not have to recuse himself from a prosecution of Daibes. According to the indictment, Menendez only wanted a U.S. attorney who would be favorable toward Daibes. In exchange, Daibes gave Menendez gold bars. Told Egyptian official what senators would ask: In June 2021, Nadine Menendez organized a private meeting between Bob Menendez and a senior Egyptian intelligence official. On the day of the meeting, Bob Menendez provided his wife with a copy of an article on "questions that other U.S. senators" intended to ask the official in a meeting one day later. Nadine Menendez in turn provided the article to the official and wrote, "This way you can prepare your rebuttals." Two days afterward, Hana bought gold bars, two of which ended up in Menendez's house. If convicted on all charges, Menendez and his wife could face 45 years in federal prison. Some Democrats have already begun to turn on the senator. New Jersey governor Phil Murphy (D.) on Friday called on Menendez to resign, saying the charges "are so serious that they compromise the ability of Senator Menendez to effectively represent the people of our state." In 2021, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), a military research agency under the Pentagon , sought proposals for “real-time, comprehensive tools that establish ground truth for how countries are conducting domestic information control.” DARPA’s goal in developing artificial intelligence (AI) technology ostensibly was to help the United States government better understand “how digitally authoritarian regimes repress their populations at scale over the internet via censorship, blocking, or throttling.” Of course, the solicitation made it clear that the Pentagon did not want the proposals to look at the activities of the United States government. The Pentagon and the U.S. government, as a whole, enjoy professing moral superiority over authoritarian governments when it comes to upholding basic democratic values — even as officials erode them at home. Indeed, American politicians have no qualms about criticizing foreign governments such as Russia and China for suppressing civil liberties and efforts to eliminate dissent. Yet, there seems to be a complete unwillingness to have an honest conversation about the disturbingly similar actions our own government is actively engaged in and financing. For decades, the Pentagon and other federal agencies have been quietly partnering with private organizations to develop powerful surveillance and intervention tools designed to monitor and influence narratives on social media. For example, a 2021 Pentagon program called Civil Sanctuary sought to develop AI tools to scale the moderation capability of social media platforms to create what it describes as a “more stable information environment.” In other words, the goal of this Pentagon program was to exponentially multiply the government’s ability to coordinate censorship of online speech. The Pentagon has invested millions of taxpayer dollars to develop these tools — not only for the use of social media companies but also by the intelligence community and law enforcement. Meanwhile, the Department of Commerce (DOC) is awarding million-dollar grants for cognitive research into how the U.S. government can foster trust in AI with the general public. So, while the federal government is using taxpayer dollars to develop AI to surveil and monitor Americans’ online speech, it is also spending money to figure out how to get you to trust the AI. Over the last year, starting with the Twitter Files, journalists have exposed the deep coordination between the federal government and social media platforms regarding content moderation decisions and policing the speech of Americans. As Michael Shellenberger, a respected journalist who exposed the Department of Homeland Security’s collusion with social media companies to deplatform individuals questioning COVID-19 mandates, rightly pointed out, “The threat to our civil liberties comes not from AI but from the people who want to control it and use it to censor information.” Last week, the Fifth Circuit affirmed the government likely violated the First Amendment by coercing social media companies to remove speech the government disagreed with in regards to the origins of COVID-19, pandemic lockdowns, vaccine efficacy, and the Hunter Biden laptop story. The court cited numerous examples of U.S. government officials engaging in domestic information control on social media. Government officials demanded that platforms implement stronger COVID misinformation monitoring programs, modify their algorithms to avoid amplifying misinformation, target repeat offenders, and magnify communications from certain trusted sources. After one meeting with federal officials, one platform committed to reducing the visibility of information that was skeptical of the government’s COVID vaccine policy, even when it does not contain actionable misinformation. Facebook likewise promised to label and demote a popular video after officials flagged it, even though they acknowledged it did not qualify for removal under its policies. I fear that we are likely in only the beginning stages of understanding the extent of the federal government’s involvement in the content moderation decisions of private social media platforms. What we do know is that our government is funding the development of powerful artificial intelligence tools for monitoring and shaping online discourse. Now, I want to be clear. AI is not inherently malicious. It has the potential to revolutionize basic aspects of society, from healthcare to education. However, in the hands of an unchecked government, AI can be weaponized as a tool to suppress the fundamental values our country was founded upon — the open exchange of ideas, the freedom to question, and the right to dissent. As AI continues to develop, I remain committed to conducting extensive oversight on this issue and working diligently to protect the First Amendment rights of American citizens.
