Due to complications from the injury, it took me 6 months or so before I could work again. From 2014 until just a few days ago, I've worked outside sales in the industrial manufacturing world. My job has taken me all over Virginia and into the Carolinas, getting to know tens of thousands of other blue collar workers on job sites and in factories. Ive spent all day, everyday, for the last 10 years hearing the same story. People are SO damn tired of being neglected, divided and manipulated. In 2019, I paid $97,500 for the property and still owe about $60,000 on it. I am living in a 27' camper with a tarp on the roof that I got off of craigslist for $750. There's nothing special about me. I'm not a good musician, I'm not a very good person. I've spent the last 5 years struggling with mental health and using alcohol to drown it. I am sad to see the world in the state it's in, with everyone fighting with each other. I have spent many nights feeling hopeless, that the greatest country on Earth is quickly fading away. That being said, I HATE the way the Internet has divided all of us. The Internet is a parasite, that infects the minds of humans and has their way with them. (LifeSiteNews) –– Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has once again condemned the rise of “globalism,” stating that it prepares humanity “for the political rise of the Antichrist.” In an August 24 interview with a French-language news outlet, Viganò commented on the rise of “globalism” and its impact upon society. Re-issuing a denouncement of globalism which he has consistently made, the archbishop linked corruption in society to corruption in the Catholic Church: The element that in my opinion needs to be made clear – for the denunciation to be complete – is the specular relationship between the coup of the deep state in the civil sphere and the similar coup of the deep church in the ecclesiastical sphere. The “subversive action” undermining each sphere is “identical,” he stated, “as are the inspiring principles that move them and the goals they set.” He argued it is “essential” for Catholics “to understand that the Second Vatican Council and the Novus Ordo were to the Church what the Revolution and the Declaration of Human Rights were to civil societies, because at the root of both lies the poisonous germ of Revolution, that is, of the subversion of the natural order that God established for man and human societies.” Continuing, the archbishop painted a link between globalism and satanism, arguing that they are almost synonymous. “The essence of globalism is satanic, and the essence of satanism is globalist.” For Satan’s plan is to establish the reign of the Antichrist, giving him a way to parody the earthly life of Christ, imitate His miracles with grotesque wonders, drag the crowds not with the simplicity of Truth but with deception and lies. Globalism constitutes, so to speak, the stage set-up, the script and the screenplay that must prepare humanity for the political rise of the Antichrist, to whom the rulers of the world-his servants-will surrender national sovereignties so that he will become a kind of world tyrant. Expanding on how such a “stage set-up” might be accomplished, Viganò wrote that “what was left of Christ’s reign must be wiped out in the institutions, culture and everyday life of citizens.” One way to effect this would be to implement “moral dissolution” he argued, which would encourage people “to vice and mocking virtue.” But he also highlighted aspects such as attempts to destroy “the natural family, the fundamental cell of society, eliminated of which children become commodities, products that those with money can order on the Internet, feeding a vast and increasingly flourishing criminal network, not to mention the surrogacy industry.” Divorce, abortion, euthanasia, homosexualism and pansexualism, gender transition mutilation have proven to be effective tools for eliminating not only revealed Faith, but also the most sacred principles of Natural Law. In opposition to the Catholic faith which such anti-life movements oppose, globalism is “a religion” spread through “woke ideology,” the archbishop stated. While Catholicism is centered on Christ, “globalists apply Catholic principles of ‘social kingship,’ but proclaim Satan king of societies.” Viganò, who previously served as Papal Nuncio to the U.S. 2011 – 2016, highlighted a pattern of “censorship of information not aligned with the official story, conducted with the complicity of the platforms social and the media.” This, he argued, has been employed in modern society, enabling the spread of anti-Catholic spirit: "It is no coincidence that democratic fiction uses means of violent repression of popular demonstrations which, in a free democracy, should lead to barricades and international execution – I am thinking, among other things, of Macron, a student of Young Leaders for Tomorrow from World Economic Forum by Klaus Schwab. It is not enough to call a dictatorship ‘democracy’ for it to become so by magic, especially when citizens’ consent to those who interpret their state of mind and expectations constitutes a threat to the survival of these subversive parasites." He also expressed doubt about the current independence and veracity of election processes, stating that “democracy” was an illusion which the “Masonic oligarchy” allows citizens to indulge in. I repeat: if democracy worked, they would not let citizens play with the farce of elections and the illusion of being represented in Parliament. If they allow it, it is because the Masonic oligarchy knows that it can control it through its emissaries, placed everywhere. On the other hand, the Antichrist will be king, not president; he will exercise power in an absolute, totalitarian, dictatorial manner. And those who believe in the fable of democracy will discover too late that they have been deceived. The archbishop’s comments against globalism and globalist forces are by no means the first time he has expressed such arguments. Speaking to Steve Bannon last summer, Viganò stated how: "In short, we are governed by a high command of usurers and speculators, from Bill Gates, who invests in large farms right on the eve of the food emergency, or in vaccines just before the outbreak of the pandemic, to George Soros, who speculates on the fluctuations of currencies and government bonds and along with Hunter Biden finances a biolaboratory in Ukraine. He argued that national leaders and heads of states “are traitors of our nation who are devoted to the elimination of populations, and that all of their actions are carried out in order to cause the greatest amount of harm to citizens.” But he also believed that despite a “deliberate intention to harm,” the globalist endeavor known as the “Great Reset” has an “inevitable” end of failure, the time of which depends upon “our capacity to oppose it and also what is contained in the plans of Divine Providence.” He urged families to form part of a movement to resist the “build back better” agenda of the Great Reset, and instead to “rebuild what has been destroyed.” IOW, Dem DeeCeeRATZ are SATANZ WHORE'd...MUD
As many as 100 incidents described as potential espionage threats by Chinese nationals have occurred at U.S. military bases and other sensitive sites in recent years, according to government officials. Chinese nationals, who at times posed as tourists, were found crossing into a U.S. missile range in New Mexico, and appeared to be scuba divers swimming in murky waters near a U.S. government rocket-launch site in Florida, The Wall Street Journal reported. The overall incidents have involved people called gate-crashers because of their attempts to get onto U.S. military bases and other installations without proper authorization. The individuals typically are Chinese nationals pressed into service and required to report back to Beijing, U.S. officials said. The trespassers use what appears to be scripted language when confronted by security guards at the bases, according to officials familiar with the tactics. The incidents appear designed to test security practices at U.S. military installations and other federal sites. The incidents spiked after a Chinese balloon overflew the U.S. earlier this year carrying what officials said was surveillance equipment, the Journal reported. The news outlet said that the Defense Department, the FBI and other agencies held a review last year to try to limit the incidents. The Chinese embassy in Washington, D.C., challenged the U.S. description of the incidents. "The relevant claims are purely ill- intentioned fabrications," said Liu Pengyu, a spokesperson with the embassy, the Journal reported. "We urge the relevant U.S. officials to abandon the Cold War mentality, stop groundless accusations, and do more things that are conducive to enhancing mutual trust between the two countries and friendship between the two peoples." Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo., said Congress might look at legislation to prevent future incidents because most trespassing laws are state and local, and not federal. "We need to work closely with our state and local partners to train them and equip them," said Crow, a member of the House Intelligence Committee, the Journal reported. "Right now, they don’t know how to deal with it." The incidents have ranged from the benign — people seeking the nearest fast-food restaurant, which Google Maps shows as being on a base — to ones more troubling. In a recent incident, a group of Chinese nationals claimed they were tourists and had reservations at a commercial hotel on a base at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The trespassers tried to push past guards. "The advantage the Chinese have is they are willing to throw people at collection in large numbers," said Emily Harding, a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington and a former deputy staff director at the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the Journal reported. "If a few of them get caught, it will be very difficult for the U.S. government to prove anything beyond trespassing, and those who don’t get caught are likely to collect something useful." The Justice Department recently filed a lawsuit against SpaceX , the California-based spacecraft manufacturer and satellite communications company founded by Elon Musk. In its lawsuit , the DOJ accused SpaceX of only hiring U.S. citizens and green-card holders, thereby discriminating against asylees and refugees in hiring, an alleged violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Musk denied the allegations and accused the government of weaponizing “the DOJ for political purposes.” “SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense,” Musk wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. It’s uncertain if the DOJ is actually targeting SpaceX (more on that in a minute), but George Mason University economist Alex Tabarrok quickly found a problem with the DOJ's allegations. “Do you know who else advertises that only US citizens can apply for a job?” Tabarrok asked. “The DOJ.” Tabarrok even brought the receipts: a screenshot of the DOJ job website that explicitly states, “U.S. Citizenship is Required.” So, if Musk is discriminating against non-U.S. citizens in his hiring practices, so is the DOJ. This makes the lawsuit prima facie absurd on one level. However, one could also argue that there could be good reasons to discriminate in hiring. And as is usually the case, for better or worse, the government gets to decide when it’s OK to discriminate and when it’s not OK. And that’s where things get hazy. Musk and others claim that companies such as SpaceX are legally required to hire U.S. citizens because of International Traffic in Arms Regulations, a federal regulatory framework designed to safeguard military-related technologies. The DOJ disagrees. So who is right? It’s difficult to say, Tabarrok pointed out. “The distinction, as I understand it, rests on the difference between US Persons and US Citizens,” he wrote on Marginal Revolution, “but [SpaceX is] 100% correct that the DoD frowns on non-citizens working for military related ventures.” In other words, SpaceX appears to have been trying to comply with Department of Defense regulations by not using noncitizens in military-related work, and in doing so, it may have run afoul of the DOJ. This brings me back to the question of whether the DOJ is acting in good faith with its lawsuit. We don’t know the answer, but the flimsy nature of this lawsuit and other evidence suggest Musk is indeed being hounded for political reasons. After all, it’s not just the DOJ breathing down Musk’s neck. Federal Trade Commission Chairwoman Lina Khan has been obsessed with Musk since his purchase of Twitter, now X, going so far as to demand the company “identify all journalists and other members of the media to whom Twitter has granted access since Musk bought the company.” How this demand sits with the spirit of the First Amendment, I’m not sure. But Khan claims her concerns stem from user privacy, which is rich since the FBI for years had been harvesting mass amounts of user data from Twitter. Higher interest rates are absolutely strangling the real estate industry, and there is no relief in sight. The sudden shift from a very low interest rate environment to a much higher interest rate environment has paralyzed sales. As I have discussed previously, very few homeowners that are currently locked into a mortgage at a low interest rate want to sell, because buying a home to replace the one that they are selling would mean taking on a mortgage at a much higher rate of interest. And millions of potential home buyers have been chased out of the market because of the exceedingly high mortgage payments that they would be facing if they pulled the trigger on a purchase right now. So sales of previously-owned homes have dropped by more than 32 percent over the past two years. In other words, about a third of the entire previously-owned home market has already been wiped out. When home sales crash, everybody that works in the real estate industry suffers. And it turns out that home purchases by investors are falling at an even faster rate. Wall Street Silver posted the following to Twitter earlier this week… I was stunned when I first saw that, but I also knew that I had to confirm if this was true or not. And I discovered that it is true… 45%...That’s how much investor purchases of homes have fallen since last year, as of the second quarter, according to data from Redfin, as homebuying looks less profitable than during the pandemic housing boom. Investors, just like private buyers, think it’s a bad time to buy a home. We have got a major crisis on our hands, and it is not going to go away any time soon. Things are even worse on the commercial real estate side. The Wall Street Journal just published an article entitled “Real-Estate Doom Loop Threatens America’s Banks”, and that headline does not exaggerate the current state of affairs at all. Commercial real estate prices are plummeting all over the nation, and our banks have trillions of dollars of exposure… The WSJ analysis put total bank exposure to commercial real estate at $3.6 trillion, which it estimates is 20 percent of their deposits. Holdings of CMBS and loans to nonbank lenders accounted for $623 billion of that total at the end of last year. In the past decade, regional banks went to town on commercial loans, never expecting how quickly the tide would turn against them. Today, losses on loans are leading banks to cut back on lending, furthering the drop in property prices and more lender losses — in other words, a doom loop. Banks are already pulling back. Debt origination fell by 52 percent for the second quarter year-over-year, according to Newmark; lending volume among banks fell by 48 percent. M&T Bank said it would reduce commercial lending as nearly 1 in 5 of its loans to office landlords was in trouble. So many of our financial institutions are going to be in very serious trouble because of this. If the Federal Reserve were to push interest rates all the way to the floor immediately, that would help. But instead, Fed officials continue to insist that rates are going to go even higher, and that is going to escalate this crisis into a full-blown real estate apocalypse. And higher rates will also do an incredible amount of damage throughout the rest of the economy as well. This is a point that the Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary made very well during a recent interview with Fox Business… In a recent interview on Fox Business, Kevin O’Leary, the “Shark Tank” investor slammed so-called “Bidenomics” for leaving small businesses behind. He warned that chaos is about to kick off for the “little guy”, which are the 33.2 million small businesses in America, due to the Federal Reserve’s aggressive rate hikes. “They’re struggling because the Fed has raised rates up to 5.5% in a matter of months,” O’Leary said. “You’re going to hear a lot of people crying about this in the next few months because they can’t borrow anything anymore and they can’t run their businesses.” He is right. Small and mid-size businesses all over America are really struggling right now. Economic activity is slowing down all around us, and they are starting to lay off workers. In fact, in just the past two months the U.S. has lost a whopping 670,000 full- time jobs… Well, one look at this month’s adjustment and it’s literally a shocker: you will not hear anyone from the Biden admin or associated economist cheerleaders mention this, but the BLS reported that in August the number of full-time jobs dropped again, sliding by 85K to 134.2 million, and followed the whopping 585K plunge in July which brings the two-month total drop in full-time jobs to a whopping 670K, the biggest 2-month plunge since the covid lockdowns in early 2020 when 12.5 million full-time jobs were lost in one month! When the official numbers that the government gives us start looking this bad, you know that the hour is late. And the job cuts just keep on coming. On Wednesday, we learned that Roku will be conducting a third round of layoffs… Video streaming company Roku shares spiked Wednesday after it announced plans to lay off more than 300 people, or about 10% of its workforce, and pull certain content from its streaming platform to ease operating expenses. This is the third round of layoffs from Roku in recent months after the company let go of about 400 employees total between November and March. The company had roughly 3,600 full-time employees across 14 countries at the end of last year, according to its annual report. I actually really like Roku, and so I hope they can turn things around. But the reality of the matter is that everyone is going to have to deal with the very hard times that are now upon us. Hordes of middle class Americans are being pushed into poverty, and hordes of impoverished Americans are being forced into the streets. So far this year, we have actually seen “the biggest ever spike in homeless people living on the streets”… The United States has seen the biggest ever spike in homeless people living on the streets – as preliminary figures showed a record 11 percent increase in one year. There are nearly 600,000 rough sleepers across cities and towns in America, and the jump from 2022 to 2023 so far is the highest since the government started tracking the data in 2007, according to the WSJ. Places like Oakland and San Francisco in California have become hotbeds for homelessness, as people living on the streets are like ‘drug tourists’ who arrive to have easy access to narcotics. But this isn’t supposed to be happening. The Biden administration told us over and over again that “Bidenomics” was working. Of course the truth is that we have now entered the very early chapters of a full-blown economic nightmare. Things are going to get a whole lot worse for the real estate industry. And things are going to get a whole lot worse for the economy as a whole.
