On Thursday, 10 June 2004, I took a half-day off and went to pay my respects to "The Greatest President in MY Lifetime!!" as he laid in State at the U.S. Capital Building. After getting in line just after 4:30 P.M., it took until right around 8:00 before I entered the great dome, and gazed upon the flag-draped coffin of The Great Liberator!!
