I see that once again you “cherry-picked” a verse from the Bible, trying to impose only the ideas or doctrine you want others to believe. Rather than you considering “the whole counsel of God,” you continually pick a few select verses from various books of the Bible whenever you try to prove some point or present a case in the strongest possible way.
In doing so, you completely ignore or minimize texts from the Bible which disprove or contradict the idea or theme you are trying to advocate – like this one where the Bible speaks decisively to this issue:
Romans 13:1-2 says: "Obey the government, for God is the One who has put it there. There is no government anywhere that God has not placed in power. So those who refuse to obey the law of the land are refusing to obey God, and punishment will follow."

Christians are to obey the government until they must choose between obeying the government...and obeying God.

I knew that the shuttering of the church would make you happy. But don't overlook the second part of Peter's warning: "what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?"

You cannot – because there is no such thing in the Bible. Had there been, then youwould have quoted that instead of this verse:

You are once more just pulling a Scripture quote out of your ass, because Hebrews Hebrew 10:25 in NO ways states that “Christians must choose between obeying the government...and obeying God.”
You need to stop with “cherry picking” inappropriate Scripture and try to make it fit your cause.
While personal contact with other Christians is not merely suggested by the Bible, it is commanded. Relationship with other believers is one way to be encouraged to live out the faith. This is not only necessary for discipleship, but so that Christians can meet each other's needs, to encourage and inspire. The verse you quoted however does in no way set the conditions for those meetings, and again – it definitely does not say that “Christians must choose between obeying the government...and obeying God.”
You will find that many churches in Alberta were able to fulfill the “obligation to fellowship with other Christians” – yet comply with the health requirements to prevent the spread of the virus. They were not requited to – as you say – “choose between obeying the government...and obeying God.” They obeyed both the government and God – Eh? Of course, they did.
Under the present governmental health requirement, some are unable meet in church as they once did, They cannot sing, they cannot mingle or share the peace with a holy grasp. They may either sit at home watching streamed services or they can still meet at social distance from each other wearing face masks in church. Yet, they are not deprived of all fellowship, as attenuated as it is.

“There you go again” – Taking verse out of context when it was applicable to what happened only at that time and only under that circumstance.
That verse in no way means that: “Christians must choose between obeying the government and obeying God.”
The verse you quoted, placed in context:
The apostles stand before the Sanhedrin, explaining why they broke a direct command to stop preaching about Jesus. When the Sanhedrin first gave the order, Peter and John responded, "Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, you must judge" (Acts 4:19). Peter and John stood before the priests, elders, and scribes of the Mosaic law and told them the restriction was contrary to what God wanted. And yet, that same group seems confused as to why Peter and John rejoined fellow Christians and continued their preaching once released (Acts 5:12–16).
This is only about the apostles being commanded to stop preaching about Jesus. It is not – AND WAS NEVER INTENDED TO BE – a general “authorization” for someone like you to think that you can to “choose between obeying the government and obeying God” anytime and anyway you chose to do so.
You really need to stop trying to make the Bible: “Your way or no way.”
