Several Japanese prime ministers stuck their necks out and stated, in effect, that America's biggest problem is the negro population. It is dragging the nation down dramatically.
There are exceptions like in anything else: Walter Williams, Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, George Washington Carver, etc. Thank God for the exceptions.
It's also an unintended indictment of liberal condescension toward what they call "schvartzes" on duCharme's part for assuming, as the indictment does, that blacks are too stupid to know how to vote--not to mention an indictment of America's joke elections when a bunch of illiterate blacks incapable of conceptual thought whom the government assumes are too stupid to understand simple rules can control a presidential election from their welfare hellholes in Detroit, Philly, DC, and Atlanta. The patronizing, "root causes" argument of the Democratic Party is that blacks are violent, sex-crazed slaves to animal appetite because they come from the slums, while some observers would say they turn wherever they live into slums precisely because of those traits.
