In reference to: “Dr Mark McDonald talks about …”

A Hartford judge has denied an emergency request to block the state’s requirement that students wear masks in school to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

The ruling from Judge Thomas Moukawsher comes after a day of testimony on Friday in which the plaintiffs, both parents of school children and the CT Freedom Alliance …

… presented two witnesses who spoke to the harm masks pose for children in schools and the lack of evidence that masks are effective.

In his 11-page ruling, Moukawsher wrote that the claim from the plaintiffs that masks are harmful to children both physically and mentally has not been proven. He continued that there is “very little evidence” of harm.

“Nothing the Connecticut government has done about school mask wearing has been shown as irrational and dangerous rather than, like all human action, in some ways imperfect,” Moukawsher wrote. “Indeed, it aligns with ordinary expectations.”

Moukawsher said that the plaintiffs' position seems to receive little support from both of the witnesses who testified on their behalf: Dr. Mark McDonald, a Los Angeles-based psychiatrist, and Knut Wittkowski, a New York-based epidemiologist.

Regarding McDonald’s testimony, Moukawsher said that none of what he provided in testimony included scientific support that mask wearing “spells immediate disaster, catastrophe, and irreparable harm to children.”

As for Wittkowski’s testimony, Moukawsher said that Wittkowski was not an expert on masks and that he had agreed that masks work.

Moukawsher pointed to testimony from Dr. Robert Dudley, a New Britain pediatrician who serves as medical advisor for the city’s school district, who said there is no emergency and that masks are not medically dangerous.

“[Dudley] did not doubt that there are individuals who may have troubles, but he said the schools are ready to help them with reasonable accommodations,” Moukawsher wrote in his ruling.

The state also provided an exhibit that showed that 118 school districts had approved more than 200 mask exemptions total.

“No witness has claimed that the existing statewide solution of mask wearing is without drawbacks. Voices are muffled. Faces are hidden. Breathing is less free. Fear may be instilled in some," Moukawsher wrote. “Indeed, for some children these drawbacks may have serious repercussions, and the state seeks to address this possibility by allowing exemptions.”

He continued: “But the other branches of government — the ones whose job it is to do so — have judged that these mostly minimal burdens on children are outweighed by the certainty that over 213,000 American grandparents, parents, and children are dead from COVID-19 and that it is a good thing to try to reduce the death rate."

Moukawsher said previously that he intended to review the state’s motion to dismiss the case after issuing a ruling on the plaintiffs' emergency request to suspend the mask requirement.

Stone –

This guy, whose message you are promoting, is no expert on “masks” – Absolutely not, in no way.

Your problem is that you read – or listen to, in the case here – something you desperately want to believe, and then you believe it. [Deckard does the same thing for that matter].

Worse than that – You then post the bullshit on the forum in hopes that others will read it and believe as you do – without ever checking the credentials [or lack thereof] pf the person making the so called expert claims.

I did check – I always do.

And I found what you have here is a fucking publicity hound kook who passes himself off as an expert on “masks” - when his true purpose in life is to promote himself to gain notoriety in order to only make money.

You really do need to cease and decease with the propaganda – Goebbels.

You need to stop doing it now …

If you are advocating for child abuse (the muzzling of children) you should have a millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the sea.

If you are advocating for lockdowns, you are complicit in tearing families apart. You are complicit in inflicting untold suffering on millions of people around the world. You are complicit in casting the poorest and most vulnerable in our societies into even further grinding poverty. You are complicit in murder.

Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen.
The essential feature of government is the enforcement of its decrees by beating, killing, and imprisoning.
Those who are asking for more government interference are asking ultimately for more compulsion and less freedom.

Point to anywhere I have said anything about lockdowns.

You can’t, because I have said nothing.

Pulled something out of your ass again – “Didgu?”

Yep, you did.

You are complicit in murder.

Very true words.

Gatlin is here carrying water for the Luciferians that control the world.

These Luciferians, I have no doubt, have cultivated a very real relationship with Satan through the centuries. They in turn recruit minions like Gatlin to accomplish Satan's objectives of destroying God's creation. Murder is no big deal to them as they lack any empathy whatsoever for mankind, including children.

Jesus spoke these words describing those who follow after Satan:

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it.

You supported lockdowns including violating the first amendment and banning church. Are you senile or a liar? Nevermind you're both.

You supported lockdowns including violating the first amendment and banning church.

You are GROSSLY mistaken – As you usually are.

I have NEVER supported lockdowns.

And I dare you – double dog dare you – to find a post to show where I have.

Check and you will see there are none.

I have however supported wearing masks, and I still do – Perhaps that is where you are getting so confused.

What you mistakenly perceive – that’s that word for you again, perceive – was my reporting of the law and the violation of those laws.

Go check that out to find it to be correct – And then get back to me to apologize for your misconception.

Are you senile or a liar? Nevermind you're both.

Oh, my goodness.

“There you go again” – Having to revert to name calling when all else fails for you during a debate.

Rule number “what” in Stone’s debate tactic methods?

Oh, and isn’t it about time again, that you want me to die or contemplate suicide?

You have been remiss in doing those lately.

All this brings us back to an unanswered question posed to you many times:

Why do you read something and let your mind then formulate it into you believing only what you have programmed yourself to believe?

Why – WHY …

Dr. Scott Atlas resigns
from Trump administration

Dr. Scott Atlas, a highly controversial member of the White House's coronavirus task force, has resigned from his post in the Trump administration.

A source familiar with what happened told CNN that Atlas turned in his resignation letter to President Donald Trump on Monday. As a special government employee, Atlas had a 130-day window in which he could serve and that window was technically coming to a close this week.

Atlas tweeted out a photo of his resignation letter later Monday. In the letter, he said his "advice was always focused on minimizing all the harms from both the pandemic and the structural policies themselves, especially to the working class and the poor."

"I sincerely wish the new team all the best as they guide the nation through these trying, polarized times," he wrote, apparently referring to President-elect Joe Biden's incoming coronavirus team.

Atlas will return to his role as a senior fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution next month, a person familiar with the matter told CNN on Tuesday. Stanford had issued a statement in mid- November that said the doctor's views on managing the pandemic were "inconsistent" with those of the school.

Atlas appeared on Fox News on Monday to celebrate comments from New York's Democratic governor and Dr. Anthony Fauci about reopening schools in the state, just moments after his departure was announced.

He did not comment on his resignation and was not asked about it by Fox's Tucker Carlson, who described it as being "in a normal course of events."

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

A source close to the task force told CNN on Monday that Atlas' departure comes as welcome news, as his discredited theories will no longer have a seat at the table. A separate official said the task force remains intact following Atlas' departure.

Atlas' months-long stint in the White House was marked by controversy as he became a close adviser to Trump on the pandemic, adopting public stances on the virus much closer to the President's -- including decrying the idea that schools cannot reopen this fall as "hysteria" and pushing for the resumption of college sports.

In one extraordinary episode in October, Twitter removed a tweet from Atlas that sought to undermine the importance of face masks because it was in violation of the platform's Covid-19 Misleading Information Policy, according to a spokesman for the company.

And earlier this month, he criticized coronavirus restrictions in Michigan, urging residents in the state to "rise up" against the measures. The comments came weeks after officials thwarted an alleged domestic terrorism kidnapping plot against Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, who herself has been the subject of harsh criticism from the President and other Republicans amid the pandemic.

Following those remarks, Stanford University distanced itself from Atlas. A group of faculty members at the university celebrated his resignation from the Trump administration on Monday, saying in a statement that it's "long overdue and underscores the triumph of science and truth over falsehoods and misinformation."

"His actions have undermined and threatened public health even as countless lives have been lost to Covid-19," the faculty wrote.

Atlas was not on a call Vice President Mike Pence held on Monday with state leaders, according to a list of participants. During the call, Pence and members of the task force focused on vaccine safety and distribution as Covid-19 cases skyrocket across the country, according to his office.
