Here's a mellower one - starts out with a slow version of a Motown bass line morphing into an acoustic-electric ballad, Karen Carpenter lead vocals transcending into Cowsills harmonies, an obscure 60's bubblegum pop masterpiece.
Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen. Check out the boards in this one, like 12 footers, aka logs. They're on the wrong side of Dume Rock anyways, the break is on the Paradise Cove side. Dume Rock a few years later, Planet of the Apes.

First time I ever got high was winter, 1971 riding in a buddy's brand new Trans Am, in a snowstorm on back roads at night outside Westover AFB in Mass. In dash 8 track, 4 speakers. Probably a Delco. I had smoked before but never really got high. This night, someone had some Thai stick, we passed a bowl around when this came on: I started almost tripping, with the snow coming down as we sped along looking like that scene in Star Wars where they jump to light speed. "White Bird" was pretty trippy too.

Those who are asking for more government interference are asking ultimately for more compulsion and less freedom.
