You're crackers... I have no more love for the Klintons (or Bushes) than I did almost 30 years ago when I first broke ranks with the Republicrats & voted for H. Ross Perot... And in fact, I have to keep reminding myself that the ONLY good thing about Trump's election is that it kept the Hildebeast out of office... But I have too much self respect to hold my nose and waste my vote on such an ignorant orange turd like Trump... So if you get some kind of idiotic, adolescent pleasure by trying to insult me by mislabeling my political preferences, go ahead & keep wasting your time. At least I can still look in a mirror & know that I'm continuing to maintain my self respect... But it sure would be entertaining to know what thoughts run through your head when YOU look at yourself in a mirror... I bet it would be absolutely hilarious!
Say hey Willie! You inspired me to go on a cross-country rail trip with overnights on the train and stayover nights in select locations. While this lockdown stuff continues I'm kicking the can down the road in hopes to make the trip at some point down the calendar. I may even go through Canada. Lots of choices for me to choose from and I'll be looking out the window at first light until dark. They even allow booze on board of one's own choice, so I may switch to cocktails rather than beer for a week. Chicago will be my starting point and final destination. I'll give you a report when it happens, so hang in there pal.

Hey Fred! It's great seeing you again! A leisurely Amtrak vacation sounds like a splendid way to spend some of that $1200 Stimulus Money that Trump accidently let slip past his corrupt cronies to be gathered up by us less wealthy peasants... LOL! I envy your vacation & wish that I could do something similar, unfortunately my health took a southerly detour last december when they removed a tiny brain tumor from behind my left ear... A biopsy showed that it had spread from my lungs, so I'm currently undergoing immunotherapy for Stage IV lung cancer with the "good" news being that it's not a very aggressive form of cancer, so if my treatment goes well, I may still have another 3~4 more years left in me to spout my inconsequential views out there onto the InterWebs... And if that weren't enough, my defibrillator implant rudely jolted me awake earlier this month (probably saving my life) & after 3~4 days in hospital, they discharged me with a bunch of new heart meds... And the good news out of that adventure was the jammed one of those thin little swabs up my nostril until they were scraping the back of my eye socket (actually more painful than it sounds) & I tested negative for that Covid-19... So other than all that, I'm still trying to maintain my own quirky positive outlook on life and am in pretty good spirits... So I really am happy to hear about your upcoming Amtrak trip... I hope you have as much fun as I imagine it will be.

Yeah, they chopped my left leg above the knee back in 2015 or so... Thanks for asking... I don't mind talking about it at all, it helps me keep life in perspective... Besides, I probably did it all by myself anyway, with a 2-pack/day habit for 25+ years... And I enjoyed every single one of those cancer sticks down to the last puff... My only regret is I'd probably catch hell from my doctors if I tried to light one up now... LOL!! But with a little luck, I still have another 3~4 years for the Prohibitionists to lose their grasp on Texas and allow me to legally relive my long-haired hippie days before I croak... Who knows? They already allow ineffective CBD products, so maybe one of these days they'll discover it could be lucrative to tax & regulate the more potent THC stuff as well... LOL! It's been over 40 years since I last got stoned, but since it looks like I'm gonna have to give up the ghost anyway, that's starting to sound like a comfortable way to go... LOL!
