Worse still, for the bored and silly, the wannabee militia types with their dime store AR-15 rifles and Mattel holsters showed up, a few hundred at least, spewing their Jew and gay hating crap or “get rid of the Negroes and foreigners” riff. Think “Oklahoma City.” Before being disbanded the first time, the Michigan Militia had more FBI agents “members” than Quantico. The assertion, of many from rural areas, is that COVID should be allowed to “burn through” no matter how many deaths. This seems to have been Trump’s plan also, no on purpose but rather because he dropped the ball for 7 weeks playing politics.

FACT CHECK: Hospitals Were NOT Blocked During ‘Operation Gridlock’ Protest at the Michigan Capitol The Michigan Conservative Coalition, the primary organization behind the protest, issued a post after receiving word from a nurse who reported back to the group about what was happening at Sparrow Hospital. “Put something out there that sparrow hospital entrances are NOT being blocked and that emergency vehicles can freely move throughout. Some people on fb are saying that the entrances are being blocked and emergency vehicles can’t get through. I know that’s not the case,” they wrote in a Facebook post. Bridge Magazine reporter Riley Beggin confirmed that the MCC’s anecdote was in fact legitimate. She noted that the Sparrow entrance was not blocked off and remained freely accessible throughout the protest.
The facts? Got it? Good. You saw the magic words “FACT CHECK” to something you desperately wanted to believe and you did believe it. You believed it so much so that you said the entire article was “Bullshit” based on the “fact check.” But hold on hoss, do you know who performed that “fact check” that you so proudly believe? No? Huffington Post said it is has defended white supremacists, including after the neo-Nazi "Unite the Right" 2017 Charlottesville rally. According to Mother Jones, the website "has published stories attacking anti-fascist activists and trying to downplay the role of neo-Nazi violence in the death of Heather Heyer at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in 2017. It went so far as to falsely blame an anti-racism activist and professor from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for her death." A far-right web site “fact checking” a far-right group they are supporting. Come on, Deckard – Get real. I showed you photos of the vehicles parked blocking the drive in entrance to the hospital. And a group of people standing and blocking the main entrance to the hospital with a huge TRUMP sign. I showed you a pictute of the ambulance stuck in their planned congestion. The photos were posted by different people at different times on social media and there is no earthly reason to believe they were photo shopped. Now, granted it was not the intention of the demonstrating group to block the hospital. But the did. The did because the hospital is just down the street form the capitol which was their primary target. The hospital blocking was just collateral blockage when they were parked for hours blocking the entrance. Incidentally, did you get the association of the rebel flags flying in the group with the association of what BLP is doing for white supremist? You should have, It was quite obvious. So, I am going to respectfully suggest something to you that you will ignore anyway – but I will still do it. I suggest that before you call an article “BULLSHIT” that you do your own fact checking as I have and not rely on the word on some white supremist organization to say something that you believe ONLY because you want to believe it. You can only be misled if yu wan to be misled. Why are you always? Have I made all of this perfectly clear to you? If not, I will gladly address your concerns.
