The alleged attack happened while the girl's father was in another stall with her brother, who had had an accident in the restaurant. Poster Comment: Jail those responsible for the release and then promptly execute this piece of shit. Chicago, like most of California is a big problem. Cut them off from any aid and steer clear of the state.

WHAT?????? I didn't even see that before my first post. How the HELL is it possible for this guy to have snatched that little girl and took her into another stall and rape her without her father knowing about it? Beyond that,how is it possible he was still alive when the cops showed up?

He would have been dead on the spot if I spotted him raping ANYONE's 3 year old daughter. There ARE some things you just can't allow to pass and still call yourself a man.
