Today we are faced with the possible destruction of our God given and constitutionally protected rights in the Commonwealth of Virginia. But we are not going to back down, we are not going to quietly submit, and instead fight back using every means at our disposal. The Virginia State Constitution provides a means to recall an elected official, even the Governor, for a trial in the Circuit Court, determining if the official has violated their oath of office. The Virginia State Constitution is very clear, in Article 13 it states- ‘That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.’ In his efforts to disarm law abiding citizens, Governor ‘Radical Ralph’ Northam has clearly violated his oath of office. We need 405,000 signatures to enact the recall procedure, so we desperately need your help to reach that number. If you are not willing to submit to tyranny in the state that secured our liberty, you need to act today! Please sign the petition below and share it with all of your friends: Whereas, The 13th Article of the Virginia State Constitution declares that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; and Whereas, The Virginia State Code, sections 24.2-233 to 24.2-238 provides for the recall of Governor Ralph Northam; and Whereas, Governor Ralph Northam has declared his intent to violate Article 13 of the Virginia State Constitution ; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, We, the undersigned citizens of the great Commonwealth of Virginia, refuse to permit Governor Northam to violate his oath of office and the State Constitution. Be it further resolved, We, the undersigned citizens of the great Commonwealth of Virginia exercise our right to demand a recall trial of Governor Ralph Northam. While I agree that Northam is as welcome as a bout with hemorrhoids, this is an exercise in tilting against windmills. As DeeCee continues today grow out of control, Northern Virginia continues to fill up with swampRATS who have polluted the VA electorate from Red to Purple to Blue. DemRATS will soon control both the House and Senate and they ain't gonna go after even a despicable toad like Ralph...MUD

Yes, it is not complicated. Gov Blackface thinks it is just fine for him to ignore the law " the 2nd Amendment ", but thinks everyone is supposed to follow some BS law that he & his toady's pass to confiscate peoples firearms.

Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen. Will National Guard troops fire upon sheriffs and militia? That's essentially what the National Guard will be forced to do. But the bigger question remains...what side of this equation will the kanary klan come down on? Edit. My bad...I think we know the answer.

Another complication to factor, is what role will the VA State Police take in all this? More badges If it is just the militia, they would be against them. It will tear them up to have to either side with the sheriffs, State Police, National Guard, or to go against them. The Klan looooove the badges !!! They love to go with the power ! They love to proclaim that "the law" must be followed at all costs. But this is a situation where Gov Blackface & the commicrats are ignoring and violating the law, the US Constitution, and wanting to enforce an unconstitutional inferior law, to satisfy their agenda of tyranny. So I am not so sure how the k klan will come down on it !! Time will tell !!
