The source of Jack Posobiec on OANN was Ned Ryun, who is the CEO and founder of American Majority. The claim is based on Ryun's statement, “I do believe that Baker has flipped based off my sources that have known and worked with Baker for years.”
James H. Baker, of ONA, is the one who regularly has lunch with Washington Post reporter David Ignatius who published the story about Flynn's 302s.
It could be either one, but appears most like it was James H. Baker (ONA), rather than James A. Baker (FBI).
