Moving into the groovy new pad, Bro has a Dell *Windows 10* computer - he's not to hip to the whole whiz-bang "Wonderful World of The World-Wide Web" modern scene, know what I mean butterbean? Fundamentally speaking, I've been getting a lot of these as pop ups - do people really fall for these scams?
PC performance alert!! Our diagnosis shows that your computer still has "errors" - along with a cutesy little animated gif of a red late 1950s dial phone, the handset appears to be slamming itself down on the desk receiver?!?

Is the image supposed to be encouraging you to call, then they will slam the phone down on you? But I digress: another "Danger Will Robinson!!" WARNING popped up, this one even somewhat more dire:
