It was Hank Johnson (D-GA) back in 2010 apparently. The one with Maxine Waters had to do with her complaining that she didn't want to spend more money going to Mars because we went there in 1969 or some crap like that. Ooopsie, that Mars bit was when Sheila Jackson Lee asked some NASA guy whether the Mars Rover's cameras could see where our astronauts planted the flag back in '69.
