Thanks read it all. The Democrats once again will use and abuse the conversation for political reasons and run a political impeachment.

The fact the President stated the Attorney General was involved in looking into these corruption cases really defangs the House DemonRats. Of course if they call Barr to testify, he will confirm what Trump stated and also show Rudy went to the Ukraine on the DoJ tab. So we have a sitting government working on corruption investigations in a foreign country involving Americans.

Plus he wants to get to the bottom of some Ukrainian oligarch who the Mueller report stated was responsible for hacking the DNC server. LOL that is probably 'help' the Dimwits don't want.

And notice, this new President of Ukraine is going after corruption. Corruption the Dimwits have their finger prints all over. So he might just blow the cover off of this thing and that is why the Rats yesterday went to the mat, without evidence, to call for Trump's impeachment inquiry. They have to gag these investigations in the Ukraine because too many of them will be exposed. Lovely place Washington DC. Accuse someone else (Trump) of the very thing they are guilty of doing. Deep State indeed. Drain the swamp.

Where was Trump's promise? Where was the quid pro quo?

"President Trump in a July phone call repeatedly pressured the president of Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden ’s son, according to people familiar with the matter, urging Volodymyr Zelensky about eight times to work with Rudy Giuliani on a probe that could hamper Mr. Trump’s potential 2020 opponent."
-- WSJ 9/21/19

We now know this is a lie. The transcript shows the Biden name once and the focus was on the fired Ukrainian prosecutor. There's enough in the transcript for the DemonRats to keep a pseudo aka fake narrative running with their news outlets for months.

But if they press, then they have to come to terms with Biden actually did what they accuse Trump of doing. Of course there will be no inquiry in that and even now the GOP Senate and DoJ has been silent other than Lady Lindsey calling for a probe.

Your reaction?

There is nothing there to bother President Trump, but enough to make the DNC and Biden crap their pants. The exchange below is significant. President Trump brought up Crowdstrike and people saying Ukraine has the server.

Unsolicited, President Zelensky brought up Rudy Giuliani, and stated he would like Guiliani to travel to Ukraine so they could meet in person. On TV, Giuliani has been saying he has obtained a documented paper trail for $3M in funds routed to Hunter Biden via Ukraine, Latvia, Cyprus and onward to the United States. That raises a cousciousness of guilt issue. And President Zelensky promised that the investigation will get done.

Also note:

Schweizer’s 2018 book, Secret Empires, sought to tie Bohai’s investment activity to Vice President Biden’s senior government position. Giuliani has spotlighted a $1.5 billion private-equity deal between Bohai and the Bank of China in his allegations of corruption. That figure came directly from Schweizer, who reported that the fund secured a $1.5 billion deal with the bank a few weeks after Hunter Biden traveled to Beijing with his father aboard Air Force Two in 2013.

It would appear that President Trump and Guiliani may have struck the mother lode of evidence. I remain convinced that the DNC "hack" was a direct download performed on site. I doubt the Bidens can survive any serious investigation.

The President: I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike... I guess you have one of your wealthy people... The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you're surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like you to get to the bottom of it. As you saw yesterday, that whole nonsense ended with a very poor performance by a man named Robert Mueller, an incompetent performance, but they say a lot of it started with Ukraine, whatever you can do, it's very important that you do it if that's possible.

President Zelenskyy: Yes it is very important for me and everything that you just mentioned earlier. For me as a President, it is very important and we are open for any future cooperation. We are ready to open a new page on cooperation in relations between the United States and Ukraine. For that purpose, I just recalled our ambassador from United States and he will be replaced by a very competent and very experienced ambassador who will work hard on making sure that our two nations are getting closer. I would also like and hope to see him having your trust and your confidence and have personal relations with you so we can cooperate even more so. I will personally tell you that one of my assistants spoke with Mr. Giuliani just recently and we are hoping very much that Mr. Giuliani will be able to travel to Ukraine and we will meet once he comes to Ukraine. I just wanted to assure you once again that you have nobody but friends around us. I will make sure that I surround myself with the best and most experienced people. I also wanted to tell you that we are friends. We are great friends and you Mr. President have friends in our country so we can continue our strategic partnership. I also plan to surround myself with great people and in addition to that investigation, I guarantee as the President of Ukraine that all the investigations will be done openly and candidly. That I can assure you.

There is also the exchange about Joe Biden getting the investigation of Hunter Biden quashed.

The President: ... The other thing. There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me.

President Zelenskyy: I wanted to tell you about the prosecutor. First of all I understand and I'm knowledgeable about the situation. Since we have won the absolute majority in our Parliament, the next prosecutor general will be 100% my person, my candidate, who will be approved by the parliament and will start as a new prosecutor in September. He or she will look into the situation, specifically to the company that you mentioned in this issue. The issue of the investigation of the case is actually the issue of making sure to restore the honesty so we will take care of that and will work on the investigation of the case. On top of that, I would kindly ask you if you have any additional information that you can provide to us, it would be very helpful for the investigation....

It will be exceedingly difficult to maintain that President Zelensky succumbed to pressure. With Ukrainian cooperation, the Russia Hoax can be busted wide open.

The Trump aspect is a nothingburger. The Biden aspect is a treasure trove.

The solution is to discard Biden which is increasingly attractive to the Dems anyway. There may be some snide comparisons to Biden (and Obama) in their actions toward Ukraine and Biden's coke-sniffing son but libmedia has demonstrated it just won't report what it doesn't want to report.

Biden could be out of the race well before Iowa. I'll post a new thread on the polling. The Dems will quickly console their crucial black vote (solidly aligned behind Obama's VP) and move on to their preferred candidate.

It seems the "never Trumpers" like Romney are all about wanting to impeach Trump.

I predict that Lindsey Graham, an old impeachment House leader from the Xlinton era, will open a full Senate Judiciary investigation into Obama/Biden and Ukraine if the House files articles of impeachment on Trump. Imagine him calling Obama to testify. And Biden. And Biden's son. Just think of all the fun Lindsey Graham could have with that. Biden's son traveled on Air Force 2 to China to close a very large deal. More fodder for Lindsey.

The Dems and libmedia can talk impeachment all they want, they can open an "inquiry" (which is a complete nothing other than PR). Unless they vote articles of impeachment and send them to the Senate, it's all just talk. And Pelosi knows it.

Her key calculation has been whether it will hurt House Dems more in 2020 than it will help them. I'm not sure she ever was convinced that it wouldn't hurt House Dems but she came under so much pressure from the radical House Dems to start impeachment that she finally flipped a coin and caved in. I'd be surprised if she actually thinks it's a good idea.

She no doubt recalls that the Dems gained 5 seats in the '98 election, foiling Newt's promises that the GOP would gain seats. And the House GOP gave Newt his walking papers for that. Pelosi won't forget about that, no doubt she celebrated his downfall over those five Dem House victories and relished that for years. Now she has to be wondering if the end of her career could happen over an impeachment as well.

1) Having read DOJ's Trump-Ukraine release, here's the real story: This is another internal attempt to take out a president, on the basis of another nonsmoking-gun.

7:24 AM-25 Sep 2019
11,939 Retweets 30,670 Likes

2) As to call transcript itself: Trump's actual "favor" is that Ukraine look backward, to what happened in the 2016 election. This is a legitimate ask, since election meddling looks to have come from both Russia and Ukraine.

3) (lndeed, this is a big enough issue that we find out this morning that U.S. Attorney John Durham is looking at what role the Ukraine played in the FBI investigation.)

4) lt is actually Zelensky who brings up Rudy Giuliani—saying they can't wait to "meet him." And it is Zelensky who references "that investigation," as he goes on to promise that "all investigations will be done openly and candidly."

5) Trump says "good" and expresses worries that a "good" prosecutor was "shut down." Mentions "Biden's son" and that Biden bragged he "stopped the prosecution." Ends that bit with "It sounds horrible to me."

6) Trump's several references to Giuliani are mostly to say what a great guy he is. He says he will have Giuliani and AG Barr call. He asks Zelensky to speak/work with both.

7) And, never mind, because: DOJ in statement says the President has not spoken to AG about investigating Biden and has not asked the AG to contact the Ukraine. Also, Barr has not communicated with Ukraine—"on this or any subject."

8) Meanwhile, the IG back in August referred this to DOJ as potential violation of campaign finance law, based on whistleblower complaint. Criminal Division evaluated and determined no violation: "All relevant components of the Department agreed with this legal conclusion."

9) Whistleblower? Look at this nugget, referenced in the OLC opinion. The IG's review found “some indicia of an arguable political bias on the part of the Complainant in favor of a rival political candidate."

10) Media got all this so wrong. And Democrats look all the more partisan and radical to have moved toward impeachment.

Don't know how you copied that letter, as I tried to and could not succeed. Did you screen cap it?

I tried five different sources that would neither print nor download.

I used ABBYY Screenshot Reader to screen cap each page to the clipboard and used Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to create one page PDFs from the clipboard. I then combined the five individual pages into a single PDF. For a text version, I used ABBYY Finereader 14 to convert the PDF to a Rich Text Format (RTF) file. Screenshot Reader is a seperate program that comes with Finereader OCR.

I hand code nearly all of my posts using a text editor called Jarte Plus. There is a freeware version called Jarte. Jarte Plus, featuring extra bells and whistles and customization, costs $20. Updates free. http://www.jarte.com/

The best forensic computer analysis I have seen provides compelling evidence that the DNC was not a hack but an onsite download, probably to a thumb drive. The metadata time stamps of the successive files enable derivation of the download speed at which the files were copied. The speed was too fast for an internet hack.

White House Transcript Of Trump Convo With Ukrainian President. Here’s What You Need To Know.

By Sara Carter
Sep 25, 2019

[...]

As for Biden, Trump asked Zelensky if he would speak with his personal attorney Rudy Guilliani and Attorney General William Barr with regard to Biden and his request withhold 1 billion in aid from Ukraine until they fired the top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was at the time investigating Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. Biden’s son role on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, which he joined as a paid board member in 2014, has come under enormous scrutiny.

During the time, in Vice President Biden was charged with handling Ukraine and his son’s firm Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, “received regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia,” according to an investigation by John Solomon at The Hill.

According to Solomon “the general prosecutor’s official file for the Burisma probe — shared with me by senior Ukrainian officials — shows prosecutors identified Hunter Biden, business partner Devon Archer and their firm, Rosemont Seneca, as potential recipients of money.”

Biden has stated that the urging of Shokin’s dismissal was based on corruption concerns and did not relate to his son.

Democrats have accused Trump of pressuring Ukraine to investigate Biden, his political opponent and stated that Trump’s decision earlier before the call to withhold $400 million in aid from Ukraine was being used as a lure for an investigation. But the transcript reveals no such quid pro quo.

Instead, Zelensky appears to have promised Trump that the new Ukrainian prosecutor would be investigating the Ukrainian company Burisma holdings.

I've seen the same information too and it's been out there for quite sometime now. And for the most part the MSM is (of course) not covering that subject, gotta keep the good little drones all fired up and on board with Trump/Russia collusion.

I'm assuming Trump thinks Zelensky can be trusted to get to the bottom of who all is involved with this mess/scam, time will tell. But I imagine this little tidbit of information getting out will put some folks into a tizzy, the next few weeks/months could get to be very interesting to see what all falls out of the tree.

If the Crowdstrike fable falls, the Russia hoax would be revealed as an intelligence operation. It would explain the Mueller farce and why it avoided the genesis of the data leak. Such criminal misconduct revealed in a presidential cycle would be shattering to the responsible political party.

Very true (can you say "it would all lead back to Obama") and would lead to a whole lot of other investigations they wouldn't want to happen either.

Word is this has been sitting on "Pencilnecks" desk for over a month and they waited till now to unleash it to distract from the speech he gave at the UN. My guess is they weren't counting on Trump releasing the transcript that mentioned Crowdstrike and now they find themselves between a rock and a hard place. (If Nancy is smart she will find a way to sit on this before it all blows up on them, which I hope it does).

This whole thing is basically just your typical "Democrats are guilty of doing this but are projecting this onto the opposition" to distract the average citizen/voter from the truth. This is also going to turn into a biweekly/monthly "faux" revelation about how much of a traitor Trump is all the way up to the election next year, it's going to get very amusing I think.

(S/NF)) President Zelenskyy: Yes it is very important for me and everything that you just mentioned earlier.

(S/NF)) The President: Good because I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down and that's really unfair. A lot of people are talking about that, the way they shut your very good prosecutor down and you had some very bad people involved. Mr. Giuliani is a highly respected man. He was the mayor of New York City, a great mayor, and I would like him to call you. I will ask him to call you along with the Attorney General. Rudy very much knows what's happening and he is a very capable guy. If you could speak to him that would be great. The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, was bad news and the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news so I just want to let you know that. The other thing. There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me.

Don't know if you caught Ingraham last night, but Rudy said that he had seen the laundered check! Oops.

btw, Hunter Biden was not in business by himself. Also hooked up with Hunter Biden were Chris Heinz and James Bulger. Those would be John Kerry's stepson and Whitey Bulger's nephew.

John Durham was the special counsel who freed four men wrongly convicted (Weissman involved) and he obtained the indictment of Whitey Bulger.

Given how long he's been operating there, I would expect that Baby Brzezinski is involved too. Zbigniew's son has been there, up to his neck in it, in Ukraine for decades.

I notice that CrowdStrike's services are described as "legal services".

Which means they're trying to hide behind attorney-client confidentiality.

That's about the only thing we can learn from that highly blacked-out document.

I'd say chances are good they can stall this right past the 2020 election by tying it up in a sympathetic court's docket.

If the GOP is going to move, they need to do it ASAP. The closer we get to any primary or the 2020 election, the more the courts will want to avoid the public seeing them play any role and they'll just stall it until after it's all over. Which is what the Dems want.

Too bad the Dems can't just run to the Ninth Circus now like they did for so many years. They'll never forgive Trump for putting his appointees on that court. LOL
