I think he is the kind of boss that you'd better have a bullet-proof explanation for why something they want can't be done. It's not all bad as a way of handling a large group of key employees, as any president does. Look at what Cuccinelli is accomplishing now on the border and the immigration court backlogs. Trump went through a few others but Cuccinelli is ready and willing to get the job done with steady visible progress on the border, the wall, the asylum scam, setting up remote desert courtrooms via video links to federal immigration judges in their courthouses, etc. Cuccinelli has really moved the ball down the field for Trump.
