Title: Fox News Legal Analyst Has A Stark Warning For Republicans Who Support Trump

Andrew Napolitano predicts this isn’t going to work out the way they’re hoping.

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano has a warning for Republican lawmakers who are sticking with President Donald Trump, even after he raided military funds to build his border wall.

They might be cheering for him now, but they could end up “weeping” later, he said.

The Constitution gives spending powers to Congress, not the president, part of the “separation of powers that Madison crafted as a bulwark against tyranny,” Napolitano said. In this case, Congress “expressly declined to give him that money,” and Trump signed the bill that denied him the cash for his wall.

Then, Trump took the money anyway, using emergency powers that Napolitano noted may have been passed into law by previous Congresses, yet are not in the Constitution.

In a video on Fox News, Napolitano said Trump has also essentially created his own sales tax ― again, a power that is supposed to belong to Congress ― in the form of his tariffs on Chinese goods, likewise done in the name of a supposed emergency. He summed it up in his column:

After years of faithless Congresses legally but unconstitutionally ceding power to the presidency, we have arrived where we are today ― a president who spends unappropriated funds, raises taxes, defies courts and changes immigration laws on his own.

Napolitano warned that the same Republicans who are cheering as Trump uses these unconstitutional powers “will weep over it when a Democrat is in the White House.”

In his video presentation, Napolitano called it “dangerous to our liberty” to let the president take the powers that belong to Congress.

“When Congress lets presidents write their own laws, then he’s not a president,” Napolitano said. “He’s a prince.”

Judge Andrew Napolitano: Trump violates Constitution –
Spends unappropriated funds, raises taxes on own

After years of faithless Congresses legally but unconstitutionally ceding power to the presidency, we have arrived where we are today ― a president who spends unappropriated funds, raises taxes, defies courts and changes immigration laws on his own.

That's a very accurate description of 0bama and how he implemented his BammyCare program.

It describes 0bama far more accurately than the pittance Trump has used to try to build The Wall.

In a video on Fox News, Napolitano said Trump has also essentially created his own sales tax ― again, a power that is supposed to belong to Congress ― in the form of his tariffs on Chinese goods, likewise done in the name of a supposed emergency. He summed it up in his column:

And this is just plain ignorant, even for an ex-judge from Joisey.

Trump did not arrogate any powers to himself on tariffs. Congress granted the president these powers and Trump exercised them lawfully.

Napolitano really went off the deep end a few years ago. He's going senile or someone is blackmailing him. Fox News gives him a few limited slots because someone has to play nice for Shep Smith's liberal homo narratives on his afternoon comedy news program.

Napolitano did get pulled off the official FNC roster a few years ago over his blarney about Trump and wiretapping.

I don’t know what happened to him. I used to listen to his comments and I respected his opinion. I will not listen to him anymore.

Well, maybe a self-styled libertarian, back when all the Cool Kids were saying they were libertarian without knowing what it meant. I thought that even you would likely understand that not everyone who calls themselves a Christian is a Christian, that calls themselves a conservative is a conservative, or that call themselves a libertarian actually is a libertarian known and respected by other libertarians. I never heard Napolitano make a truly libertarian statement, one of those that the rest of us would recognize immediately. We have no such problems recognizing Ron or Rand as libertarians because of what they say and how they say it.

After all, a nutjob can call themselves anything they want.

People like Rand and Ron may have liked the judge but they never backed his nuttier opinions. Neither did FNC. However, since I know you're always eager for any new photos of America's sweetheart, Ron Paul, here is a photo of Da Judge with RP in the background wearing his "who does he think he's fooling" smile as Nappy mugs for the camera with Ron's daughter, Lori.

I've suspected for some time that Napolitano resigned as a NJ judge before he got removed from the bench for lacking judicial temperament or some gross legal error that would have disqualified him. He's certainly floated a lot of pet legal theories on FNC over the years that are very flaky which is why he lost his FNC Saturday night show.

He's got a big mouth and he makes reckless statements on a regular basis. That is not judicial temperament and no one would want him on the bench.

Wiki has a few interesting tidbits:

Napolitano is a vegetarian.[41]

Napolitano's longtime friend, James C. Sheil, died on March 19, 2013.[42

And his "longtime friend" died right around the time that Napolitano started to get into hot water for his more extreme opinions. Nappy is never seen in the company of a woman, on a romantic date with a woman and certainly was never married (to a woman). Then Nappy included this little eulogy passage in his new book:

Later, in the acknowledgments section of the book, Napolitano expressed his heartfelt condolence to James as, “... my happy dreams turned dark last year when Jim Sheil, my alter ego to whose memory this book is dedicated, died suddenly on March 19th, 2013, as we were working on this book. Jim and I shared much of our lives with each other. Among that which we shared was a love of the printed word. Yet our philosophies and politics were like oil and water.”

Gay much, judge?

With his pouffy hairdo, he looks like a print ad for Oil of Olay.

Maybe Shep Smith can be Nappy's new "longtime friend". Well, if pervy Shep can keep his hands off his 20-something producer long enough. Either way, Nappy is only a regular on Shep's show with very rare appearances on FNC's primetime shows. And all this is a direct result of Nappy's big mouth and flakiness.

If the Gay Agenda is the Dem agenda, then Napolitano and Shep Smith fit right into the NYC gay scene, right along with Anderson Cooper and Don Lemon of CNN. I'm not sure why the Gay Mafia is so popular with those who control the promotions at these companies. You can't justify it, given the demographics of viewers that you need to capture to be a top cable news channel.

BINGO …

This is one of the reasons I have been giving hell to everyone who calls themselves a libertarian. There really is no way of telling a “real” one without deep digging.

There are so many idiots that have no idea about what is what. It just “sounds” like something excitingly different to them.

That’s all I’ve gotta see, to not trust someone, politically. Not every filthy liberal is a vegetarian, but MOST of the vegetarians are filthy liberal.

Before I quit posting on Facebook, I studied the home pages of known liberals. I found that almost ALL liberals posted mostly pictures about ANIMALS & PETS.

America has a history of elevating various and sundry preachy weirdos.

Among them, vegetarians, mostly in the last 30 years.

Let me ask this: have you ever met a diehard conservative who is vegetarian? I haven't, not really. And I can't name one either.

Now, there are some old farmers and ranchers who do seem to lose their taste for red meat in their mid-seventies. They liked it and ate it and raised it all their lives. It just loses its appeal for them as something to eat every day. It isn't widely discussed in rural circles, just something that happens to some people as they age, like prostate problems do. It's seen as something that can happen to some men as they age. It is far far more common among women in urban settings.

Even those guys still eat meat though. Red meat once or twice a week, chicken on the other days. I've never seen one go full vegetarian.

You could have a worse yardstick to measure by.

Vegetarians remain vegetarians for as long as it takes to tell all their friends and family that they're vegetarians and how absolutely great they feel.

A month after that they're eating raw meat.

A month after that they're eating raw meat.

Or receiving a diagnosis of anemia from their doctors after the usual symptoms caused by inadequate consumption of various proteins. Also, becoming a vegetarian is a bad hobby for old people as my paternal grandmother discovered. After that, her daughters spied on her 'frig to make sure they saw recent meat dish leftovers in it to indicate she was eating meat.

You don't have to eat a lot of meat to be healthy. But you have to be somewhat of a dietary whiz kid to stay healthy without consuming at least some meat, at least once a week.

Um, didn't Congress vote to give money to the Military? The Military is there to protect our borders. It seems to me that the invasion certainly qualifies as a priority. Never have such numbers invaded. Nappy continues his #NeverTrumper nonsense. Did DJT turn down Nap for the SC? He, like Cavuto can hardly contain their contempt for our duly elected President.

You can go quite a while on ham. It's not as good as beef though.

The easy smorgasbord of varied and readily used proteins is still beef, just as it always has been. Even a few small portions of beef per week is enough to make up for a vast multitude of other dietary sins.

Doctors say diet of fries and chips left teen "fussy eater" blind from malnutrition

Yeah, it is a current story. I bet you recall that vegetarian over 15 years ago that went blind from vitamin A deficiency, something that even one small hamburger a week would have prevented. Or even a proper vegetarian diet.

It is not easy to be vegetarian. We are omnivores as a species but that doesn't mean that we don't have essential nutrients that we must have in order to remain healthy. Ever notice that you don't see people with goiters any more (assuming you're old enough to recall such people, usually women)? It's because we have iodized salt in the last century because crops grown in America are very iodine-deficient. Europe has never had that problem with goiter as they have more iodine in their soils for plants to take up from the roots and Europeans get their iodine naturally from plants and from animals that graze or consume European grains.

It's kind of interesting but this is all very basic stuff to any dietician.

As far as hunter-gathering go, if I had to kill it myself, I'd end up limited in what I'd eat. I'd eat eggs for sure. I'd eat oysters, mussels and clams. I'd eat salmon pulled from the river during the run (they're easy to catch, and they're they're alr they're they're already dying anyway).

If I found something freshly killed - non-bloated road kill and the like - there t there t there t there t there there t there there a there there are select parts I'd clean and eat.

eat. eat.

eat.

But mostly if I had to kill it myself, I wouldn't.

I'd focus on gathering tree nuts, fruits in season, nutritious greens (g (ge (ge (generally found by the water), seaweeds, pine sap and other edible plant st stu stu stuff.

Of course, all of this assumes some sort of post-apocalyptic world. In a REAL s s sur s survival situation I wouldn't worry about eating (we can live for weeks without f f f f fo f food). I'd worry about fresh water and saying warm or cool (depending w where I w was), and just keep moving until I came to a road or a power line, t then follow t that to a building and get help. Then I'd clean up after my ideal a a and go eating a a a steak and other things I'd never kill myself.

You know, there are more roadkill eaters than most people are aware of.

Personally, I don't like for meat to go to waste. A lot of states collect a fresh carcass and a local butcher shop set up for butchering wildlife will process it, which is often a separate facility from a butcher's regular slaughter site for processing for beef due to the dangers of prion disease in wildlife like a deer. Then the food is given to the poor and/or sold at very low cost to needy families. I know that this does happen but you really hear almost nothing about it and who gets the meat. People keep their mouths shut about it, even in very gossipy little rural towns.

You know there are roadkill scavenging and prep websites. I've seen a few. They have good advice on when meat is too far gone, how to cut out carcass too damaged or too contaminated internally for safe slaughter and so forth.

Here's a nice intro to roadkill, presented with The Children in mind. This guy is a peacenik prepper type, it seems.

My boy and I are essentially vegetarians, but in an SHTF situation, beggars can't always be choosers, so it's important to be familiar with how to utilize all sorts of food assets. In this video I butcher a roadkill turkey that we find on the way to preschool.

Missed pinging you. This prepper guy and toddler son are "essentially vegetarian". Here they butcher some roadkill turkey for a soup.

I guess he's vegetarian by default but not exactly a PETA militant type.

This guy is much stranger to most Americans than gay people or trannies. But I think he's a good dad even if he's a pretty obvious YouBoob attention whore. He kind of defies easy categorization (which may be a media strategy but I don't see indications of that).

In Michigan, when I was a kid, roadkill meat was the property of the state of Michigan, and it is what was distributed to and served in prisons all across the state. It was also what was fed to inmates at the state mental hospitals, until they were closed down by Reagan.

For me, who likes meat, the issue is that I like animals too much to kill them outright - particularly intelligent animals like mammals and birds. So I simply would not be able to kill them to eat. I COULD eat bugs to survive, but really, eating shellfish IS eating bugs - sea bugs - and they are actually appetizing. Worms and maggots are not.

Eggs are good.

And spawning salmon? They will literally be dead inside of a week anyway. They're programmed to rot on the bone and turn into mush for their fingerlings to eat. I still feel sorry for grabbing and clubbing a salmon, but not so sorry that I would not do it.

Roadkill, things that have just died of themselves - THAT is kind of squidgy, but it's within the realm of what I WOULD eat, because I'm not killing it directly.

If really starving, I'd up the game to frogs and lizards, crustaceans in general, "buglies". Birds and mammals are just too intelligent and too THERE for me to kill. But if something, or someone, else has killed them - I'll eat them.

Of note: some pastor trying to reach Jesus' 40 day fast record died at 30 days. I did the 40 day thing twice, but I worry about talking about it online, lest it persuade others that they can do it, and they kill themselves trying.

The libs are not hunter/gatherers.

Nope.

They seem to be drawn to the creative jobs. Acting, cooking, decorating, cosmetology, news media... and fashion design/modeling.

It’s also obvious, that jobs that require the greatest amounts of college, tend to be ruled by libs. Medical, Attorney and TEACHING (higher education). The sheeple are being systematically indoctrinated... and they spread that indoctrination when they spawn.

If Trump can survive one more term, after that, it’s all over for the conservatives. It’s inevitable that socialism is coming. I can only hope Trump seats enough constitutional mined justices to thwart an easy takeover.

History will show, the LIBERALterians, never lifted a finger to stop the democratic socialist. They were too busy worrying about another Bush.

Of course not. They are either house pets or videos of pets doing “cute” shit. The liberal sheeple eat that shit up, as MSM, Entertainment Industry and Education, slowly pussify the people into over sensitized sheeple that can’t tolerate anything that makes them sad.

There may be a few exceptions to our rule of "liberals are never seen with the carcass of an animal they shot to dress and eat".

Take Eric and Don Trump. Both avid hunters, both were registered Dems until after the 2016 NY primary (neither could vote for Donald Senior in the NY primary because they hadn't changed their voter registration a year in advance). Usual NY dumpster fire when it comes to voting for anything but a Dem.

However, I can't think of much that qualifies either of them as liberal. But most of those photos of them off on safari or blasting some animal at Grampa's estate in Czech Republic are for trophy animals. I haven't seen anything to indicate that the Trump boys ever do anything except trophy hunting. And, of course, you can always donate the meat carcass to needy folk, every butcher has a list of such people (unless they do some butchery mix-n-match shenanigans with their customers).

But, whether for trophies or meat, the Trump boys were definitely registered Dems in good standing until some time in 2016 and they definitely blasted a lot of big game with their very big caliber, very expensive firearms.

Who knows, maybe the Trump boys just like to blast wildlife but they never actually eat it themselves, preferring to shoot a giraffe in the morning but enjoy a light safari snack of caviar, oysters on the half shell, and lobster finger food for a light savanna lunch before roaring off to blast some starving lions.

We have a few old geezers, here, that have been over sensitized... and they don’t realize it. That’s a fact.

I think it's charming that anyone describes the denizens of LF as over-sensitized. That's a rare accusation. LOL

History will show, the LIBERALterians, never lifted a finger to stop the democratic socialist.

I know you think this LIBERALterians bit is accurate but, living in the Midwest and mountain states and Commiefornia, I have never encountered a single person that I would call a LIBERALtarian. I have known a lot of libertarian types of various flavors but the one thing I wouldn't call any of them is liberal.

Maybe back on the east coast, you actually have liberal libertarians. I myself have almost never encountered Left libertarians. I know they exist in rather small numbers, about the kind of numbers you see in Lefties who actually own a firearm. But these birds are quite rare in my experience.

Maybe it's a NY thing. Anyway, I never encountered those kinds of libertarians out in the Real America (excluding CA, DC, MD, NY, MA and the usual list of Blue states).

There are types of libertarians I've never met but I don't doubt they exist, even if in small numbers in very very liberal Blue states. You seem to mostly know only of those types.

Napolitano really went off the deep end a few years ago. He's going senile or someone is blackmailing him. Fox News gives him a few limited slots because someone has to play nice for Shep Smith's liberal homo narratives on his afternoon comedy news program.

Someone needs to tell Sheppie to cut back on the eye makeup...It makes him look cheap.

LOL your 'gaydar'is burning through these pols and puffed up pseudo journalists. :)

You don't need any gaydar, they're all pretty proud of their little digestive tract hobby. Even Da Judge is only halfway discreet.
