FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) – A former Community Service Officer with Clovis Police has been arrested for sexual assault of a minor.

Clovis Police announced Monday that 26-year-old Mitchell Singh is facing more than 30 allegations of acts of sexual misconduct. Investigators add that all allegations took place while Singh was off-duty and not in his capacity as an employee of the City of Clovis. Officers say he was released from his employment in July, for reasons unrelated to these charges.

Singh is facing charges of lewd and lascivious acts to a child and of continual acts to a child under the age of 14.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the allegations is asked to contact Detective Ryan Swank at (559) 324-3425.

The public will be relieved to know this fine police employee was only diddling kiddies on his own time, not while on duty. (1 image)

Feeling "relieved" …

Please allow me to be the first to shout out to you that I really “feel relieved” to learn this.

And I am here to tell you that it is the same prodigious relief I feel when someone is delivering a eulogy and I realize I’m listening to it. [Paraphrasing George Carlin].

I am so glad you took time to search out this surprising and revealing newly discovered arrest information and I am especially satisfied that you took the time to make it known is such a dramatic way, Deckard – Uh, sorry, I meant Tooconservative.

As your sweetheart, Hillary, asked during the Benghazi hearings …

… It is as I ask the same of you, “what difference does it make” WHEN this pedophile performed these horrendously repulsive sexual acts?

The fact that he was caught and will no longer be able to perform them is the greatest and tremendously overwhelming important thing.

Footnote:
Oh, I do apologize for mistakenly referring to you as “Deckard.” But you must realize that since you have now jointly engaged with him in posting articles of this nature that it is not difficult to picture you two as one and the same.

I accept your apology with all the sincerity with which you offered it.

You might notice a bit of a pattern in these stories of the irony in police work when they discover the perp is a po-lice.

I would have loved to see the sheriff's face when he realized that the perp was his own deputy, trying to arrange a kiddy-diddling while sitting only 2 feet away from him in his own police car.

I generally sleep from 6 to midnight and then start my research for the coming day. I jump in to post on LF between tasks.

I accept your apology with all the sincerity with which you offered it.
You are most gracious to accept my apology ...

Come to think of it, you are definitely the most gracious libertarian I have ever generally had misfortune to deal with.

By all means - let's just ignore the disgusting actions of perverts like this guy simply because he's a cop.

Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen.
The essential feature of government is the enforcement of its decrees by beating, killing, and imprisoning.
Those who are asking for more government interference are asking ultimately for more compulsion and less freedom.

There are a lot of these stories on at least a weekly basis all across the country of social workers and cops and teachers and coaches who are diddling the kiddies in their care. FreeThoughtProject and other sites still only cover a fraction of them and they are mostly only local news.

I think it is worthwhile to expose them all, document them so that people are more aware of what can happen when you place your children in the unsupervised care of others. And the desirability to have video of everything that happens in such a situation.

It's just so easy to have a kid screwed up for life as the result of being subject to the depravity of some horny cop/teacher/coach/foster parent. In-family abuse happens too but it is the outsiders who pose the greatest danger by far. I've begun to think that we should just mandate video of all instances where children are not in the custody of their own parents. You would be able to keep them a lot safer that way.

No, of course not.

You can – “by all means” – continue your religiously dedicated effort of the same nature that is so correctly depicted in this video …

However, it is through blind efforts, that you fail to realize when you overly sensationalizing “the disgusting actions by some bad cops,” you are vastly engaging in a type of editorial bias in which events you present – taken from mostly fanatical cop-hating and anti-government websites – are overhyped to intentionally present a unsatisfactorily biased impression of law enforcement officers. Thereby giving an ill-informed and false impression due to a manipulation of the truth through over-sensationalism. When in fact the unacknowledged truth is that good cop, bad cop statistics show less than 1 percent of police officers run afoul of the law.

Through concentrated saturation of the “bad cop” articles, you are intentionally describing something in a way that makes it seem more shocking than it really is. Take for instance the story you are defending here, which is about a: “Former Clovis Police employee arrested for alleged sexual assault on a minor.

Posted here is a story about one isolated event in Fresno while Hundreds of Child Sexual Abuse Lawsuits Flood N.Y. Courts today [News story published August 15, 2019] and Catholic Bishops Vow to Hold Themselves Accountable for Sexual Abuse and Cover- Ups [News story published August 13, 2019]

So, Deckard, you keep on rolling your cop-hating shit like a dung beetle while posting articles – such as the one about a former clovis 0olice employee being arrested for alleged sexual assault on a minor – while shamefully the countless number of the stories here go unnoticed by you.

Salute,
Gatlin

You know, that looks awfully familiar for some reason. Has someone been looking at the HTML source of these LF pages? LOL

I have a keyboard macro programmed to insert my boilerplate HTML and it is set to then insert the contents of the clipboard at the point I designated inside that boilerplate. The clipboard gets inserted where the text "{^}" is found in the macro.

A simple keyboard macro program can do a lot of work for you. I'd never bother to do this stuff if I wasn't using keyboard macros to do the major work for me. I'm too lazy.

YES – YES – YES …

The more you raise the public's awareness of perceived risk of detection and punishment and humiliation, the less of those crimes you get.

Basic policing. People only do it because they think they can get away with it, usually because they've gotten away with it before.

So I like seeing the busts and I want to see the coverage of it everywhere, to send a message that "you aren't going to get away with diddling a child!".

I do wish they'd take firmer and swifter action against the Catholic priest/molesters. That's very visible and they need to wrap it up. If they're octagenarians, send them to prison anyway. If they're dead, drain the coffers to pay off the victims. And don't be afraid to seize church property to pay off the victims. The same should apply to non-Roman clergy and their churches. I'm non-denominational on this issue.

We'll get as many of these crimes as we are willing to tolerate. And that is the truth.

Thanks again - I sincerely mean that.
