Five elderly men and an 85-year-old woman are arrested for 'having public sex in a Connecticut woodland' - after cops catch the amorous seniors during a crackdown on the popular hookup spot Six senior citizens have been arrested after they were allegedly caught having sex in a Connecticut woodland. Police say they busted the elderly residents getting hot and heavy at Grace Richardson Conservation area in Fairfield last week, during a police crackdown on public hookups in the area. The CT Post identified the locals as Daniel Dobbins, 67; Otto D. Williams, 62; Charles L. Ardito, 75; John Linartz, 62; Richard Butler, 82 and his wife Joyce Butler, 85. All six of the elderly citizens - five men and one woman - were arrested and charged with breach of peace. Dobbins and Linartz have additionally been charged with public indecency. All six of those arrested have been released and will appear in court at a later date. Authorities decided to increase surveillance on the Grace Richardson Conservation following complaints about 'lewd and sexual activity' taking place in the vicinity earlier this month. On August 9, concerned citizens called the cops to report a public hookup happening in the wooded area. The CT Times reports that the Grace Richardson Conservation is listed online as a popular spot for public sex. The park has been advertised on at least one 'City Hookup Guide' as a meet-up spot, alongside other Fairfield locations including a commuter parking lot and a local McDonald's. Police say they will continue to monitor those sites, as well as internet listings, in order to keep public spaces 'appropriate and safe'. According to the CT Post, Dobbins has previously been charged with second-degree breach of peace by Connecticut police Witnesses said they spotted a him walking around a park naked, before police found him inside his car 'with his shirt and shorts draped over him and no underwear'. I only hope that any of LF's Connecticut residents stay away from these dangerous wooded areas.

The old couple is insisting on their innocence. This is apparently why their photos were not in the article. Joyce Butler, 85, and her husband Richard, 82, were arrested last week on breach of peace charges at the Grace Richardson Conservation Area. Four other people were also charged with breach of peace; two of those had an added charge of public indecency. The Butlers told the website The Smoking Gun, which posts legal documents, arrest records, and police mugshots, all they were doing at the conservation area was siting inside their car. “We were just sitting there and we just got caught in what was going on,” Joyce Butler told TSG. “And they (the police) were perfectly all wrong. There was nothing going on at all. We’ve gone there for years. We used to take the children to go find golf balls years ago when they were little.” The 87-acre park is adjacent to a public golf course. Richard Butler was more specific that he’s innocent of lewd behavior. “I haven’t had sex in maybe, 10 years. I got no blood flow. I got three doctors that would back me up,” he told the website. He told TSG he was driving when police pulled them over on their way home to Bridgeport. He initially thought he was going to be ticketed for driving without his seatbelt, but then several cop cars approached. The two said they plan to fight the charge in Bridgeport Superior Court on Tuesday. If the old couple are being truthful and there is nothing to dispute their account factually, then they were just sitting in their car observing nature like any other passersby and got arrested when the cops moved in to bust the four old pervy gay dudes in the woods.

The old dude is pleading innocent by reason of impotence. That's pretty rare in court. FAIRFIELD — An octogenarian couple charged with others at a town park after police were called by neighbors reporting inappropriate behavior say they are innocent.
