At least Buzz's conscience couldn't allow him to continue lying. Having to live a lie for 50 years was enough.
Watch as ol' Buzz seems to want to tell all...he begins...but transitions into babbling. It suddenly occurred to Buzz how the PTB deal with those who expose the truth.
I listened to it and agree with Deckard. To take his response to mean he claims the moon landing never happened is disingenuous.

Liberator, you are seeing and believing things that you want to see and believe. You have an agenda and your are contorting facts and statements to fit that agenda. Buzz is quite advanced in years and he's obviously struggling in this vid to give a child-compatible answer to a question about why we haven't been to the moon in a long time.
I'm sorry to say that it seems to me you have lost all sense of objectivity in the matters of flat earth and moon landings.

SMH. That is quite an ironic statement. The transcript is what it is. You appear to be projecting...and denying truth AND objectivity for whatever reason *that* is. I just happen to believe and trust my own eyes, ears and discernment, which is a simple key to rejecting the power of suggestion seen at this thread.

Wait a minute; Denying what Buzz Aldrin said quite clearly isn't even a matter of opinion and perspective; it's the outright denial and twisting of that which *your* own ears hears AND WANTS TO HEAR. (This is in addition to also denying your own eyes of an observably flat earth and horizon.)
With respect to FE and alleged "Moon Landings," if you make the decision to ignore and dismiss the evidence to the contrary, how is the burden of proof on me? Government LIES are its default position....
NASA has discredited itself; It doesn't need me to remind the entire world its admission that it has (somehow, some way) "lost" ALL the telemetry and knowledge of how to return to the Moon. (They "lost" it the way Hillary "lost" the contents to her hard drive.)
NASA doesn't need me to inform you and others of their admissions of a sudden inability to access space beyond Low Orbit. That is also by NASA reps' own admission.
NASA doesn't need me to inform you of its easily discernable lies, blatant CGI fakery, and orchestrated shenanigans from Apollo 11 to the ISS -- nor its entirely scripted agenda.
NASA does not need me to ask how $52,000,000 million PER DAY for the last 50 years is spent....with nothing to show for it. One either either acknowledges the documentation, deception and bad stage-craft for what it is... or denies it. (Myths notwithstanding.)
The degree of deception you've embraced is startling. But...you're hardly alone. Most people are and continue to be deceived.
Once you (and frankly, others) insist on denying your own senses and substituting the preferable "reality" of others for your own, discerning truth is impossible. That saddens me my friend.
From all our discussion, it's apparent to me that you place too much weight on recorded statements of people speaking in relatively informal settings like the one above, as well as depending too much on the presumption of government entities lying. On the flip side, you have your own biased interest in promoting the Bible as the literal Word of God, which in spite of your denial, is in my view the primary basis of your flat earth views.
As for standing on the beach and seeing a flat instead of a curved horizon, it simply will not be perceptible from a distance just 6 feet away from a planet almost 8000 miles in diameter. I have, to my satisfaction, debunked every FE and moon landing hoax argument I have taken the time to listen to and I've listened to a fair number of them.
While I agree that governments will lie -- absolutely they will do so -- they will only do so if and when expedient and while promoting an interest which they have. While they arguably did have such motivations to lie about a moon landing in the 60's due to the space race vs the USSR as well as the circumstances behind 911 and today's crisis with Iran, a flat earth simply doesn't reach that level. There is nothing for govs to gain from faking a spherical earth if it's really flat, especially given the enormous number of hoops they have to jump through in explaining all observations. Your insistence that they want to speak for the devil and keep people from seeing the Bible as God's Word does more to illustrate your own bias in insisting the earth is flat than it does in suggesting a realistic ulterior motive on the side of governments.
All in all, Liberator, your flat earth and fake moon landing positions do more to validate my own theory about people, and that is the enormous capacity we all have to completely believe things that are not even close to being true. This is why some Muslims are willing to blow themselves up in market places. It's why Christians will go to their deaths rather than recant Christianity. It's why people believe the world is flat or that photographs steal part of a person's soul. It's why people in antifa actually think they are doing a public service, and why liberals and conservatives both swear the others are immoral bastards.
The list goes on and on and on and on. We all believe what we want. The best of us want to believe what is true, even if it means retesting the very basics we were taught as children.
I like you Liberator. But while the case on the moon landing has some leeway for debate. No such room exists for flat earth theory.
