Obama Wars Title: Ruth Bader Ginsburg is voted best real-life hero by MTV viewers ahead of Serena Williams * The Supreme Court judge beat tennis star Williams and wrestler Roman Reigns * The surprise win comes follows a wave of anti-abortion legislation from states * The liberal judge is known for rights campaigns and dissenting views on rulings Veteran US Supreme Court judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been voted the shock winner of an MTV Award. The 86-year-old outspoken liberal and champion of gender equality and women's rights beat tennis star Serena Williams and WWE wrestler Roman Reigns for the 'best real-life hero' prize at the awards on Monday. The judge, jokingly dubbed 'The Notorious RBG' in the title of a 2015 biography by Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik, is known for strident dissenting opinions on Supreme Court rulings. =" " the=" The" a="a" annual="annual" awards="awards" but="But" categories.="categories." for="for" in="in" light-hearted="light-hearted" mtv's="MTV's" of="of" popcorn-shaped="popcorn-shaped" see="see" src="https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2019/06/18/13/14936136-7153585-image-m-73_1560859993843.jpg" trophies="trophies" variety="variety" viewers="viewers" vote="vote" winners="winners" young="young">this year's awards focused on positive messages of empowerment, Fox News reported. A documentary on Ginsburg titled 'RGB' was also nominated in the 'Best Fight' category for 'Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality', but lost out to actress Brie Larson's battle with Minn-Erva (Gemma Chan) in the film 'Captain Marvel.' Ginsburg's win comes a month after the Alabama state legislature voted to ban abortion in almost all cases, despite the 1973 Supreme Court judgement in the case of Roe versus Wade that effectively overturned such legislation. Since then the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Georgia, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, Utah and Iowa have also passed laws restricting abortion. Ginsburg was appointed to the Supreme Court by Democratic Party president Bill Clinton in 1993. She acted as a volunteer attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union and sat on its board of directors in the 1970s. Democratic President Jimmy Carter appointed Ginsburg to the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in 1980. From 2006 to 2009 she was the only woman on the nine-member panel. Ginsburg has missed several Supreme Court hearings since undergoing surgery for cancer before Christmas. In March New York cops opened a hate crime investigation after a poster of the judge on a Brooklyn subway station was defaced with anti-Semitic abuse.
Poster Comment: The MTV crowd is THE most heavily brain-washed, insane demo in world history. The Daily Mail made sure Roofie's "accomplishments" were listed....Which is so impressive that The Almighty is sure to book her in the 'Forever Gnashing-Teef Suite' immediately.
