They were clearly outplayed at home and seemed to just back into a lucky win. It's hard to feel good about this win. It is funny seeing the comments on the football message boards. The Vikings fans call the Saints dirty and say they were headhunting, trying to hurt Favre. The Saints fans call Favre a pussy, saying the guy only limped when the cameras were on him.

It was a very sloppy game, the Vikes beat themselves. But there is no denying even after all the turnovers, the Vikes were still even and could have won the game in regulation, til Favre suddenly began to play like he did in 05 and 06. That noted, nobody will ever question Favre's toughness, he got his ass beat all day long, and still got up. Not bad for a 40 year old man.
Huh? Why do you spout this nonsense? Do you ACTUALLY believe that anyone pays attention? The Vikes got beat for one reason and one reason alone...red zone fumbles on both sides of the field...that was a 14 point swing...

Savor it...you guys don't have baseball or hockey so this is your shot. It will also be the longest two weeks that you've felt in a loooong time... If your secondary plays the way it did against the Vikes you'll be okay but what is going to count is how your linebackers cover Clark, Collie and Adai...ask the Jets... You're going to put up points against that D...it's a matter of ball control, being in Manning's face and covering those secondary receivers...
