House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is this year’s Profile in Courage Award recipient, it was announced Sunday. The award, which has been called the Nobel Prize for public figures, was bestowed on the California Democrat for her work in passing the Affordable Care Act and helping her party to retake the House majority during the midterm elections, the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation said in a news release. “She will be recognized for putting the national interest above her party’s interest to expand access to health care for all Americans and then, against a wave of political attacks, leading the effort to retake the majority and elect the most diverse Congress in our nation’s history,” the foundation said. Former Ambassador to Japan Caroline Kennedy praised Pelosi as “the most important woman in American political history.” A congresswoman since 1987, Pelosi is the only woman to ever serve as speaker. She’ll be presented with the award by Kennedy, the only surviving child of former President John F. Kennedy, and her son Jack Schlossberg at a ceremony May 19. Other recipients of the award include former presidents Barack Obama, George H.W. Bush and Gerald Ford.

The unconstitutional ACA that's in the process of sinking faster than the Titanic? That ACA? And keep in mind that "retaking the House" included Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib. Some accomplishment.
Things keep looking brighter and brighter for 2020 and the Democrat Communist Party losing the House. With more and more of the Negro population abandoning Democrats for something that makes a lot more sense to them the Democrat plantation is closed. Now if only we could clean out the rotten nest of RINOs that pollute the swamp.
They should be. Along with Hispanics, Jews, and blue collar workers.
