Fox News In a shocking announcement Tuesday morning, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office said it will not be prosecuting Jussie Smollett, who was previously accused of faking an anti-black, anti-gay hate crime in Chicago in order to drum up publicity for his role on the TV drama “Empire.” Fox News has learned the judge granted a nolle pros, which essentially means that the case has been dropped and that he will no longer be prosecuted for the alleged crime. It’s unclear at this time why the court decided not to proceed with prosecution, but the former “Empire” star is expected to give a statement after he leaves the courthouse later today. Smollett previously pled “not guilty” to 16 counts of disorderly conduct stemming from the alleged incident in which he claimed two men beat him, poured bleach on him and placed a rope around his neck before yelling, “This is MAGA country.” His lawyer, Tina Glandian, entered the plea on Smollett’s behalf just hours after Judge Steven Watkins was assigned the case. The next court date was scheduled for April 17. However, Smollett was brought in for an emergency court session in which the judge ruled the case against him would be dropped. Doubt was cast on the open-and-shut nature of the case when Fraternal Order of Police President Kevin Graham wrote the Justice Department following reports that Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx asked Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to let the FBI investigate Smollett’s allegations that he was attacked by two masked men after the former chief of staff to former first lady Michelle Obama allegedly informed Foxx that Smollett’s family had concerns about the probe. According to local reports, Johnson was blindsided by Tuesday’s events and is expected to address the situation later in the day. Smollett attorneys Tina Glandian and Patricia Brown Holmes said in a statement that Smollett’s record “has been wiped clean.” Anne Kavanaugh, the crisis manager the actor hired, said Smollet is a “victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgement.” A rep for Fox, which produces and airs “Empire,” said the studio and network had no immediate comment. A spokeswoman for Cook County prosecutors didn’t immediately respond to messages requesting comment. Story developing…

Well would you look at that the Chicago hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett just happens to be connected to Obama, as Jussie Smollett sisters just happened to work for Obama's Presidential campaign. It's not even a shocker that Jussie Smollett has a family connection to Barack Obama, so I guess you can say the Jussie Smollett hate hoax now makes sense now.

The prosecutor gave an interview, explaining that he treated it no differently than any other "filing a false police report" case. He admitted he thought Smollett was guilty and made the whole thing up. But when other citizens (with a similar clean record) do that, they usually end up with community service and a fine. When Smollett agreed to forfeit the $10,000 bond and do community service, he dropped the charges. Now, to me and many others, this incident went way beyond a little misdemeanor I-made-the-whole-thing-up. This "hate crime" attracted national and international attention and besmirched the city of Chicago, white men, and Trump supporters with the sole intent of personal enrichment. If we can add the label of hate crime to a deed, we should be allowed to add that label to a false accusation and prosecute Smollett for that.

"Jussie" has the police chief and the mayor of Chicago wishing they could can the prosecutors who decided not to follow the grand jury's findings that the little queer was guilty as sin and needed to be sentenced to prison. "Jussie" is also an ass kissing buddy of the flaming homo Bronco Bama. Not sure who gets on top but they may take turns. Bronco gets first dibs on licking the dip stick.

Smollet is/was ALWAYS an asset, ACTING on behalf of...well...you know who. Nothing but another False Flag/Hoax. BUSTED. The Smollet Hoax actually led straight to ridiculous "anti-Lynching" Legislation on January. What we know: 1) The Chicago DA (the second DA -- the first QUIT when faced with this case. Hmmm) immediately dropped ALL OBVIOUSLY charges. WHO PULLED THE STRINGS?? 2) Smollett worked VERY CLOSELY with Kamala Harris. 3) Close to 0bamas 4) Smollet committed several crimes, including federal crime that can NOT be dropped by the state of IL. This entire microwave news item of dropped charges was incidentally timed as MIS-DIRECTION to DISTRACT from the FAR More important NEWS of the day: The Mueller Report Hoax and Coup against Donald Trump.
