COLUMBUS - Columbus police vice detective Andrew Mitchell is facing federal charges after he allegedly held women against their will and forced them to engage in sexual acts for their freedom. A grand jury indicted Mitchell on March 7. He was arrested Monday morning by federal agents. Mitchell is being charged on seven counts: three counts deprivation of rights under color of law, two counts witness tampering, one count of obstruction of justice and one count false statement to a US agency. Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen. LOL! Right! Those in positions of authority should be held to a much higher standard. Their punishment should be particularly harsh. Too often this is not the case.

Their punishment should be particularly harsh. That's exactly right, however it's rare to see cops actually punished for their criminal actions.

Can you present scientific statically data to support your thesis? If not, then the statement is your misperception and you are therefore concluding only what you want to believe.
