Representatives operate from authority within their scope of delegated authority, which came from God, that We the people give them. We can see that our representatives are not upholding the law, but rather are tearing it down on a daily basis through their willful and deliberate transgressions (I John 3:4), which is illegal. This clearly defines them as outlaws and criminals. To stand back and act as if this is not purposed in the destruction of this country, as well as the stripping Americans of their God-given rights, falls to the side of ignorance and to that of their own demise, which in the end, makes them slaves once again (Deuteronomy 28:68). I see the fear in people who say they believe government is the servant of citizen, if you bring up being Sovereign. In the American system the individual is the sovereign, those elected are the serfs. It is simple to my mind. To others, they just don't get how I can feel that if we are loaning the power of the military forces or the police to patrol and enforce law, we are not giving it away. We still retain those rights, they are inherent within us. We should be allowed to have fully automatic rifles, we should have full authority to arrest and detain criminals. The law is what we collectively say it is, not the elected telling us what the law is. This philosophy would change the relationship between government and "people" in a very positive way.
