I think we both know that answer: NOTHING. Who pulls the strings? The men behind the curtain, aka "PTB". So who are they? The same evil international-globalist elites who've paid-off politicians and courts worldwide; control Hollywood and pop culture; directed and allowed the Third World Invasions into Europe, North America, and Australia; Who spray and poison us with Chemtrails; Who are trying to access and communicate with demons via the CERN project; who've normalized corruption, satanism, "trans/LBTQXYZ" and cultural filth...IOW everything to divide and conquer the peons and ultimately...cull the world population.
