*IF* the allegations are true. We've already seen how false reports can circulate in the media, and there is plenty of financial motive to sue an estate over fraudulent claims, especially when the one accused can no longer defend himself.
The proof was there for everyone to see, but the clueless parents had been bought off by agents of the pervert. This pervert was a danger to children, of that one can be certain, unless proof is presented to his defenders.
