He gave the several examples of statements made by Palestinian media figures or Hamas representatives that Israeli officials that played into the hand of Israel. One example is a statement by Salah Bardawil from Hamas in May 2018. Bardawil said that almost all the people killed during the "Return March" clashes were Hamas members. To: A K A Stone (#0) some people, mostly muslims, have a big problem with the truth, it would be strange if Hamas members were not killed since they are the ones fighting against Israel. It may be incorrect to say Zionist since this suggests a particular political view. Jewishness is ethnicity and religion, difficult not to associate that with Israel, the Jewish state, or those who live there. We certainly should stop referring to Muslims as martyrs unless we acknowledge Jewish losses as martyrs also.
