Here's what I just posted to war on another thread: Not a very good day...slow coming out of the gate...trailed the pack most of the way...started to make a late run from the quarter pole and passed several horses. Never threatened the leaders. I'm naturally disappointed but it was his first race and hopefully he'll improve. I had to bet on him. We'll probably try a different trainer soon because the current one doesn't communicate with us. If he's giving us second class treatment maybe he's giving our colt the same.

He's been the Congresscritter from Viginia's 3rd District since 1993, and now he's MY new Congresscritter. I helped work on the campaign fer Winsome Sears back in 2004, but she only garnered 31% of the vote. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform that is being considered...in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop. This is a good way to do that. It is an idea whose time has come. Have each person contact a minimum of Twenty people on their Address list, in turn ask each of those to do likewise. In three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.
