I came, I saw, I LOL...with the snowstorm wreaking havoc, I decided not to wait around until Saturday night to watch Palin's closing remarks, but the Conference was well- run and well-attended. I met a lot of very committed patriots from accross the US...the best place to enjoy a conversation at these sorta things is in the local taverns and this trip was no exception. In short, I'm glad I went, but it's a long drive when the snow is kickin' yer butt. There was one short (2-3 mile) part of I-81 just south of Radford where there were three jackknifed 18-wheelers and three cars that had wiped out and were in the ditch...but the snow cleared up once I got to Tennessee and I only had to deal with rain. The Opryland facility was amazing, too...looking forward to taking the kids there fer a longer visit...MUD
