Only the worst of the worst violent offenders will be jailed until investigators determine just what exactly has been going on at the Cuyahoga County Jail following a recent string of inmate deaths. Six inmates at Cuyahoga County Jail have turned up dead over the last four months and no one is saying why which has prompted an Ohio judge to take action by not sending people convicted of non-violent crimes to jail until the mess is sorted out. According to a new report: He said he will set personal bonds, meaning people who walk into his courtroom will be allowed to leave without posting bonds. He said he’s going to reach out to the court’s administrative judge, Michelle Earley, and try and set up a meeting with jail officials to figure out why so many inmates are dying. “The first thing I did this morning when I saw [the cleveland.com] story is look to see if it was someone I sent to jail,” Nelson said. “I’m giving personal bonds to everyone from now on unless they’re the worst of the worst until things get figured out at the jail.” The normal yearly death rate for inmates at the jail over the past two decades has been zero to two people yearly so six in a four-month span seems suspicious.

Tim Evanson/Flickr Cleveland Municipal Judge Michael Nelson contacted cleveland.com Tuesday and said that the string of jail deaths disturbed him and he’s no longer comfortable setting bonds for people charged with crimes unless they’re charged with violent crimes.

I highly doubt it’s suspicious. With this BEAUTIFUL thing called the “opioid crisis”... the increased use of heroin, Fentanyl and meth... the average inmates health is severely worse than 10 years ago... and if the incarcerated death isn’t the most common cause, suicide (which is another BEAUTIFUL thing)... then it most likely is a death by drug delivery... or for the Paultards, an OVERDOSE. It isn’t difficult to smuggle enough fentanyl in a prison to kill half the block. lol

Government is in the last resort the employment of armed men, of policemen, gendarmes, soldiers, prison guards, and hangmen. Not true when speaking, generally of a maximum security correctional facility. If you are talking about state type facilities, where their populations are made up from scumbags that have been housed in county facilities while awaiting sentence... then yes. If your talking large maximum security facilities that take the scumbag from arrest and through sentencing, then no. The inmates smuggle shit in up their ass, twats and in their stomachs. All facilities have problems with drug introduction via inmate mail.

Who needs cops, jails and laws just because insane psychopaths, sociopaths and lunatics are swarming a BLM/outlaw-friendly city? Brilliant other suggestion of yours: "A fat tax rebate". Right. Who wouldn't trade off playing Russian Roulette with their life for a few hundred bucks?
